I've dealt with Elvis a few times thru my five years of dealing with my two accidents and find Elvis to be an outstanding and sincerely caring man. I've lost contact a few times and they had a difficult time finding me. Eventually one of his staff found me on face book and started the process once again. I also understand that issues take time and to my own faults have delayed the process. I also understand I'm not the only person that needs help in these matters but since re establishing contact how much time does it take to come to a resolution. As it was put to me they are trying to get me more money but when you work out the amount I receive and what they make I might see mabey 1000.00 to 2000.00 more yes it's more but how much more do they make who's the winner. I mean no disrespect to Elvis as I do believe he's an honorable man or to any of his associates but if I had to do it over ever again I'd have to say I'd bypass lawyers and go straight to the adjuster 10000.00 settlement is at least that 10000.00 not 3500.00 out of 10000.00 after u pay lawyers. I thank Inginla and Co but would not seek a lawyer again.
