I called this company for a cab when I arrived at the bus station. A cab came and I got in. Being from out of town I didn't realize it was from a different company. The dispatcher from A-1 called me no less than 8 times in 10 minutes and left two messages swearing at me. I know the driver probably went a few minutes out of his way, but that kind of behaviour is unacceptable.
