I used this company quit a few times until one day my daughter was stuck downtown Bowmanville and I called for a taxi to have her picked up. I was told it would be 15 minutes.
I explained the situation and that it was important to get to her as soon as possible.
Well, I guess as soon as possible and 15 minutes soon became an hour.
Extremely disappointed.
