Terrible service!!!! If I could give them zero I would have given them. I was put on hold for 10 mins in this terrible cold weather and the dispatcher was so rude and told me to take bus. I would never suggest this taxi service to anyone!!!

This has happened many times, especially when I am supporting clients to use a taxi.
Meters are started even before the customer is picked up or never turned on at all. They will ask you "how much you gonna pay." Often their rate is overcharged if they try to pull this stunt...tried to charge 10 dollars for a 5 dollar taxi ride once.
Another trick they do is they stop, then rummage around as though they're looking for change with the meter running, then try to charge you the higher price!

Dispatchers are ill equipped to handle customer service and will either be unhelpful at best or curt at worst. There are a few good drivers/dispatcher staff but they're unfortunately down éd out by people who are dishonest, rude and sometimes agressive in the manner they approach people. I wish there were more options for Winnipegers.

The service is terrible. . Bad customer service on the phone ... rud drivers. . They are always late! They talk on their headphones in foreign lenguages while driving! Am not booking a cab with them anymore I wish we had many more options for taxi companies in Winnipeg. I don't usually place a complaint like this but today was the worst so they better train their stuff and have some basic rules at least.

I enjoyed my early morning trip to airport, was supposed to picked up at 5:15 am and the taxi was waiting since 5:05 at the door.
Nice driver of taxi number 4, had a lovely chat on the way.

Very Poor Service

Don't waste your time with Unicity Taxi. We have always received very poor service and long wait times. We finally tried their online booking service only to have out taxt directed to an address on the other side of the city. Unicity Taxi is a total waste of time.

Myself and my daughter went to a concert at the stadium. We did not realize that the buses do not run from downtown at that hour. We were stranded...I phoned unicity over and over and they said someone is on their way. We were so nervous and scared being trapped downtown on portage ave. Long story short two cabs stopped and drunk people pushed there way ahead and got in... the third cab that stopped I went to open the back door and two drunk people pushed right infront ..I asked the cab driver what is going on? he ignored me and let them in...I started yelling at him that myself and my 15 yr old have been stranded downtown for over an hour.. he swore and yelled at us and drove off with the other people. ugh!!

Tried calling and both cab companies lines were busy. So I went online and reserved a ride with Duffy's for my early shift. I purposely gave plenty of time to call the cab company if there was a no show and the next morning I actually had to. The driver I received was kind of lost and I had to give him directions. The direction was make a left go straight and make a left at the lights.

Saturday november 21st.. Jets game and holiday season. We are aware that it is a busy time of year but I guess unicity does not. We called for a cab at 5pm for a 6pm jets game. After 30 mins we called again to confirm that it was still coming. They assured us it was. Called again at 610pm.. Still assured us it was coming. We called again at 930pm and they still assured us it was coming.. 4 hours later? I call bullshit on this terrible system of transportation. No wonder so many people drink and drive.. Good luck taxi companies because its because of your poor service that Uber exists. Cant wait until they come to winnipeg.

I call Unicity all the time. Anyways, my boyfriend called me on Sunday at 4am saying he had too much to drink and he needed help to get home as he didn't want to drive (I don't have my license). So I took a taxi there, which was fine. I got out, and helped my boyfriend get his stuff, and some water, and while I booked a taxi with the App, we went outside while I was helping him stand as he was about ready to fall asleep. (I was holding him by his arm around my head). A taxi got there, and as we walked to the taxi, the driver saw my boyfriend, and sped off. We used the app to book another taxi, again they saw my boyfriend, and drove off in a hurry.

Yes my boyfriend had too much to drink, but he was standing. I was there, and was sober and was going to pay the taxi, and make sure my boyfriend was okay. He made the responsible choice in not driving and putting others and himself in danger, so we called a taxi, even though I was sober, they took one look at my boyfriend, and sped off, not wanting to deal with a "drunk" person even though I was 100% sober. We finally got a taxi after the third try (after both of us been standing outside for over 30mins and freezing), and gave him a big tip for driving my boyfriend home, so you other taxi drivers missed out.

Doesn't it say in bars don't drink and drive and call a taxi instead? I wont be calling Unicity now.

So the driver picks up my 19 year old son at the bar at midnight, and agrees to drive him home and accept credit card payment. Once he gets home the driver "claims" his machine is not working and to go inside to get cash. I go outside and point to the policy posted in the cab that they take credit cards or the ride is free. He pushes back and I simply tell him that the taxicab board and his employer would like to know what he is doing. He says the ride is free and takes off so quickly I thought he was going to hit a parked car. Tired of corrupt drivers trying to scam cash from people and not report it in their income. Scumbag.

It happened just now at walmart, my child and I were about to cross the street, and this very arrogant driver moved his car towards us, and never wanted to give way to us, and he said we should go around his car and let him pass, everytime we try to walk, he move his car as if he's gonna run us over! And he begun cursing to me in front of my child!
Very arrogant and rude without manners and courtesy person! I guess you people in Unicity don't care about this, because you are all after the money, I hope uou would discipline your people, his taxi cab # 317!

This morning the taxi we had pre-booked for 5:15 a.m. to go to the airport didn't arrive. We called at 5:20 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. and were assured both times the cab was on its way. It never arrived. Flights were missed.

I was picked up at the airport and driven home by a very pleasant driver. He ended up being a friend of my neighbour. Next morning I realized I left my wallet/billfold in the cab. I also saw my neighbour who said the wallet was turned in that night to the Lost and Found.

I called, they said they would check……nothing….I called, they said they would check…..nothing.

I emailed twice…..nothing….

Very dishonest. All my personal stuff is gone and I know they had it

There is no option at the airport You have no choice but to use them Too Bad for us all

Last night, I decided to take a cab because I was over my limit and knew I would be endangering lives if I drove home. I called a cab and ten minutes later it arrived. My friend and I walked towards it and a guy stole our cab. So we waited another 10 minutes thinking that maybe it was the wrong cab, until we called duffys. Duffy's came and picked us up. I was in the cab and got a call from unicity that said "hi your cab is here". I told the man that I had already got in a cab. He asked which company and I said Duffy's. He said "why the hell would you get in a duffy's cab when you called unicity?" I told him that our cab had been taken and we waited but we were ultimately drunk and wanted to go home. He told me "next time open your damn eyes and see that you are taking the wrong cab".

I was being responsible and not drunk driving. I did not deserve to be treated this way by the driver. I was called again by another unicity driver and ended up hanging up with him for how rude he was being. This was not my first experience like this. Unicity sent my cab to the wrong address when i asked them to come to my HOUSE address, and I was sober at the time. They fought with me over the phone saying that I gave them the wrong address when clearly they had made a mistake.

UNICITY DRIVERS - rememember YOU WORK FOR ME. I DO NOT WORK FOR YOU. You are providing me with a service and I will not stand for being disrespected.

Both companies have the worst service. I am not from Manitoba so, when I travelled to Winnipeg for the first time to see my boyfriend after he had to move here suddenly for work, I needed a way to get around. My boyfriend warned me that some of the drivers have no idea where they were going. Taking that into consideration, I used the gps on my phone to map out all my routes prior to travelling around the city for the day. The dispatcher was so rude and had a bad attitude. She wanted a number so I said well it's a cell phone (just noting kindly), and I'm from out of town. She was like well do you not have a home phone? I was like no I don't. She was like well be waiting for the driver. I said sure. No problem I am going to wait right now. The driver showed up promplyhe first driver was great! The cab smelt but all together good service. This left me with a promising feeling as I am not too keen on taking taxis or public transit to begin with. I like driving my own vehicle. The second cab ride was not too bad either the cab smelt like cologne and the cab driver kept clearing his throat in a really gross way. I was just grossed out for that ride. So my last cab drive for that day, well I tried calling one company and they wouldn't pick up. I saw the other company cab driving by where I was so, I flagged him down. I told him where I needed to go and he was like well that will be a short ride so I was like ok and? I wasn't prepared to walk where I was staying plus I had purchased some groceries so I had some bags at this point. He was like ok it's about a $15 cab ride. If you pay me cash I will turn off my meter for $12. So I quickly mapped out on my gps the distance and calculated the cost, and yeah he was right. So, I said sure. Oh and he made a jab at the competition company that wouldn't answer my call. Anyway, we arrive at my destination and so I go to pull out cash (I never carry cash) and I thought I had a 20 but I must had used it to pay for my groceries. So, I pulled out the only other bill I had a $50. I said do you have change? He got mad at me and said "you were supposed to pay the exact amount". I was like you never said that....Well he didn't...So I was like well all I have is credit (I don't like using debit in cabs as I've heard horror stories) and plus I collect points. Anyways, the driver was like "FINE". So he had no choice, I gave him a small tip because I felt a little bad being the nice person I am. To top it all off the driver was like oh I live right over there, I was totally creeped out.... So unnecessary to disclose that to me... So I get in and tell my boyfriend, and he wasn't surprised he said I should call the company. However, I thought about it and it was my own faul for allowing the a** hole to engage me to make an under the table deal. I was thinking hey I can save some cash after paying over $70 already to travel for the day. Ah well, I swore that I would rent a vehicle next time I visited. My boyfriend isn't always in the first few days I get into town because he travels around the province and takes his truck with him so I have no choice.

So I'm back in Winnipeg for the second time and because my boyfriend is out of town for work I had to taxi. However, I swore last time I wouldn't take a taxi and get my own rental. Well when I was leaving my home in Ontario I didn't have time to research and book and well the weather was bad so I wss a big scambled to get to the airport. Needless to say I didn't take the time to avoid this next sh**ty adventure. So after a long 6 hours in airports and sitting I finally get to Winnipeg. Lucky me there's taxis waiting outside. The gentleman promply grabs my bags and places them in the trunk. I get in and he's pleasant. It's really late too like midnight so, I tell him where I need to go and he's like where's that?? So we've already left the airport at this time. Being the person I am I already had the route mapped out. He pulls over after I told him where to go and gets me to look at a map book... I'm like uh it's probly not on this map because the area I'm in is really new. He's like ohhh. So we're back on the road and I'm observing the area and it looked like we were on the right route. It then dawns on me I can't see the fare calculator. Here he has it tucked below near the centre console and had his arm resting on the passenger one almost like he was trying to cover it. I saw the amount before we were halfway there and I was like holy f**k it's already at $23???? I knew my ride would be a lot but something seemed fishy... So we get to my destination, I'm exhausted and so I go to pay by credit card as again I don't pay cash. He's like oh our machines are down. I'm like ok so call my card in to your company. He's like no the network is down. I was like well I don't have cash and why didn't you disclose this to me before I got in the cab???? Isn't that your right. He was like oh sorry I forgot. I was like this guy... Jack a***. So he's like well there is an ATM down the road... I won't charge you to drive you there and back. I was like I wasn't expecting you to. At this point I'm pissed, tired and just ready to go to bed. He drives uncarefully down to where the ATM was and I get the cash and of course the fare was less than what I gave him. I was even more pissed. I got the cab number and told my boyfriend about it and he said I should call it in and let the company know what happened. So I called in the morning and asked the lady on the phone if their P.O.S systems were down, and she was like no they are not. I said were they down yesterday late evening. She said no. I was like well the cab driver that took me to my destination lat night said they were. I asked him to call my card in and he said that the systems were down completely. She's like don't ever believe that that's wrong. She said he could be fined for that as they are supposed to ensure their P.O.S is working properly. So I haven't decided if I will file a formal complaint yet but I may do it because it's not fair.

So the same day I called and let the lady know I also ordered a taxi as I had some errands to run, and again she was rude. I explained that I only had a cell and I'm not from Manitoba. She was like we'll be waiting for the cab driver. I always do I never keep them waiting. I go outside and the cab is there. Driver was nice cab smelt. Drive was okay. I was like phew that drive was okay. So I finish my errands and I'm ready to go back home in Winnipeg. I call the company and this time a guy answers so he was kind and told me to go to a certain stand point and the cab would be there shortly. So I waited about 5-10 mins. I get in the cab and I had one bag and s hot beverage. The cabbie says to me "you get in the front" I was like um what? He's like please sit up front. I was like hum well I have a bag and a beverage and I am settled now. He was like well leave the bag and come up front. I thought this was really weird. So I grabbed my bag and waddled to the front. So we take off and the cabbie was nice. I told him where I needed to go and so he typed it into his gps and I also confirmed what end of town it was in. I also to be safe had it on my gps on my phone. So we're driving and chatting and next thing you know we're down this quiet residential street. I wss hum this can't be right... I told him this isnt the right way. He was like yes it is its on my gps. I was like no we are now in some random drive through park. I wss honestly scared. No one was around and he was getting angry. I said you have the wrong address in your gps...he was like you said it was right. I said no its supposed to be this and I showed him. He was like well... I said well we never should have gone this far I told you way back there it was wrong. So I told him we need to get back to this street. He was like ok. So we get back to a main roadway and I tell him where to go. At this point the fare was at $20. My blood was starting to boil. He was like I know all major routes I wss like yeah and? So he got me to where I needed to be and he was like look ill only charge you 30 and I was like ok and I will give you a 5 dollar tip. We both felt bad. He said I was a nice person and he apologized. So I took it. Mind you im still pissed.

I warn anyone travelling and having to rely on taxis to bea very aware and don't trust these companies and drivers to be honest and reliable....

Overall impression: shitty

"Got cash man??" My 20/01/2015 Unicity Taxi **CAB #215** NIGHTMARE – PLEASE SHARE & SPREAD THE WORD

END THE MONOPOLY!! THE TAXI BOARD NEEDS TO DIE. – Tonight I was the victim of unjust processes and discretionary ‘rights’ that could easily prove a legitimate safety concern during harsh Wininpeg winters to the people in Winnipeg. People who are left with two highly inferior options for cab companies. Duffy’s & Unicity are the dominant taxi companies in Winnipeg with little to no real competition due to their death grip on the local industry. This unhealthy lack of competition in their market has lead to abusive, complacent and inferior ‘service’ with no legitimate regulatory body to enforce standards.
Tonight I was a victim of not only this vile system but of a the product of that same system. My would-be driver arrived to the address he was requested (very prompty I may add) and initially I was impressed, however the tone of the interaction quickly changed. Upon entering *** UNICITY CAB #215 *** at approximately 12:00AM 20/01/2015 in the ‘Elmwood’ area, I was asked something that has never been asked of me before. I am a born & raised Winnipeger, a business owner and in the past 3 years I have spent in excess of $3,500 on cab fares
The question… I kid you not… “Got cash man?” … This not only caught me off guard but made me incredibly uncomfortable. “Got cash man?” - If the tables were turned, how would this cabby feel being asked by a total stranger at midnight… “Got cash man?” … Not to mention that I have on COUNTLESS occasions had corrupt cab drivers ask me to pay them in cash and refrain from turning on their meters. Likely indicating in their computer system that they refused the fare, showed up and nobody was there or told some other lie in order to pocket 100% of my fare without paying the company and (statistically more than likely) the owner of the cab they are driving.

Now back to this absurd, unprofessional and frankly inappropriate question I was asked… “Got cash man?” – Whether or not this was another idiot cab driver who thought he was exceptionally clever and fooling the naïve passenger in his car by stealing from his employer or if he was just socially inept I responded… “Why are you asking me that? You know what… I will just call Duffy’s.” and this was when I promptly made a civil exit from his cab. #215. I have NEVER, not ONCE been asked for cash upon entering a cab in the suburbs, leaving hotels, being picked up at my business, going for breakfast, going home from an event etc... YET when I leave ... Elmwood at midnight, there is something wrong and the driver is concerned he may not get paid... Funny how that works! wink emoticon What a buffoon.
This all took place within the matter of less than 2 minutes. Prior to, “Got cash man?” he asked me where I was going (Osborne Village… as in over the Osborne street bridge) and when I told him he incorrectly called it “down town”. I stated that it is over a bridge and thus outside of “down town”, gave him specific directions and he attempted to correct me multiple times (4 to be exact). I digress though… After he verbally patted me down for cash I was out and I left to return to my friend’s home and call their dispatch to file a complaint.

Sure, if I had cash on me I could have swallowed this giant ‘filth pie’ he was serving me from the vile gaping chasm that he calls his mouth. My crux was that I did not and do not carry cash on me, as I am a millennial and most of us rarely walk around with cash on us in this rather plastic oriented world filled with glorious point systems just ripe for usage. I had a form of payment on me, one that ALL cabs with both Duffy’s & Unicity are equipped to accept.
My form of payment... A corporate platinum avion VISA. This trusty card has served many cabs well and been the generous purveyor of gratuities and fares alike. It has allowed me to accumulate points to fly my incredibly staff to various locations and even covered one of my flights to Maui. This card is a much less cumbersome friend than cash has ever been, not to mention if it is lost or stolen I am protected. Apparently this unicity driver of CAB #215 (in case anyone missed that, I view it as a public service at this point to state which car is infested by this cash hungry troll) does not share my affinity for platinum avion cards and by not having cash on me I deserved to walk home and freeze.

Now this is when my tale takes a decadent twist and my sarcastic pallet is already salivating with toxicity… I did the UNTHINKABLE and called the *gasp* supervisor… A woman answered, who was more interested in confrontation than customer service. This person made the driver appear rational and kind because she was actually that disgusting. She refused to provide me with a name or any sort of identification and after I referred to the driver as an “idiot” for requesting cash when my form of payment was completely valid she took it upon herself to scold me with a righteous tongue lashing.
“Sir we are not going to get anywhere if you call our driver an idiot” – No, actually you are not going to get anywhere by attempting to highbrow me in to submission and behave like a condescending, self-righteous peon who wants to aggravate an already volatile situation that if another person found themselves in could lead to a serious safety problem. Let us think about this… being in Winnipeg… freezing temperatures and you have a VISA on you but no cash, so drivers of these two pathetic companies have the authority and “right” to choose not to drive you… That makes sense how?
Keep in mind that I am neither intoxicated (I was watching Netflix…. Not drinking or partying), belligerent, lacking a valid form of payment or otherwise an undesirable passenger. I use cabs daily (well I did prior to this, where is UBER?!).

BACK TO THE ‘SUPERVISOR’ - Both far from super or even mediocre and as for perceptive capabilities (visor), I will say that she could not see the situation clearly if at all. She immediately became defensive, lashed out at me to ‘educate’ me about the Taxi Board (the corrupt institution that is monopolized by Duffy’s & Unicity because of their puppet, former minister of transportation Steve Nash who is now publicly seeking the provincial leadership of the NDP.
This creature (you forfeit your entitlement to my basic respect for your humanity when you deny me or ANY other person their own) spewed forth the words, “you may think you know about the taxi board and this industry but you do not”… “He is not an idiot for exercising his rights” … “It is his right to request cash up front under the taxi board” …

This needs to stop. Steve Ashton pandered to the shareholders of both Duffy’s & Unicity, perpetuating their tyrannical and abusive monopoly. ASK YOURSELF… Why does one of the POOREST large Canadian cities have taxi cab licenses that cost $350,000+ … ??? It is not even financially viable to buy a cab license in this city and have your car driven by 2 drivers who each work 12 hour shifts. Only 20 years ago that cost was well below $100,000 and it still should be. UBER (look it up please, it is fantastic) would decimate this monopoly, as would the number of new licenses being uncapped. The reason for the $350,000+ cab licenses in Winnipeg is because the number of new licenses granted each year to each company is kept in a death grip. GIVE THEM REAL COMPETITION! Flood their market with new licenses and allow new companies to pop up overnight. This is the ONLY way to FORCE this complacent filth in to; providing quality service, respecting their patrons, understanding and valuing customer service, driving LEGALLY, conducting themselves professionally and being legitimate taxi cab drivers who actually take pride in their work. By allowing new cab companies to easily get cabs on the road, our issues with accountability and professionalism will resolve within months!

This is not a one-off incident unfortunately and I know there are MANY ISSUES plaguing our Winnipeg taxi industry.

Women being sexually harassed & even assaulted by cab drivers.
Cab drivers asking for cash and not turning on their meters as a way to defraud their employers and keep 100% of the fare.
Cab drivers who are not even fit to drive a vehicle, let alone be responsible for driving a passenger; turning illegally, not paying attention to street signs, reckless driving, dangerous driving, no respect for the police, blatantly lying to customers, not listening to directions, taking longer ways to make larger fare commissions, lying about showing up and nobody being there, failing to call yet their dispatch ALWAYS asks for a number, rarely ever asking for a name despite their dispatch asking for a name, having language barriers that prevent them from doing their job (you are interacting with the public in the capacity of a professional driver, you should be able to communicate and know where you are going), a personal pet peeve of mine is when I get asked for directions to places that I have never been. Who is the ‘professional’ driver who is getting paid to take me there? Perhaps we should split the fare 50/50 because you were merely the vessel that brought me to the destination while requiring my mind to tackle the logistics.

CAB #215 UNICITY – AVOID THIS FILTH LIKE THE PLAGUE. – A public service announcement to spare others from this stupendous example of Darwinian excellence. (I am not bitter, really…)

Email response from the manager, RAKHI GUPTA:

I was civil, articulate and unimpressed when he said, "got cash man?" ... Now I got this email from the Unicity Taxi manager saying this:

" Hello
Unicity wants to know what happened. You can’t post anything without telling us what happened. This is against law. Please let us know what matter is, so we can investigate it. We assure you we will take disciplinary action who will be responsible."

Seriously?? They want to threaten me that by telling me that sharing the truth about how their garbage business handled my situation is illegal and that I am not allowed to say/post anything? WRONG approach... Intimidation tactics to silence me when nothing said is defamatory as it is entire my 1st hand account and the truth... This was the manager's response... disgusting.

For the most part we have had no problems, one guy had to use a GPS to get to our house. not a big deal but it was taking us a bizarre way. I told him to forget it and I gave him directions. This is not a complaint but just fyi.

had to pick a star to post this ugh. I don't know how this driver did it, but after I paid my $17 fare using his debit machine only once, he continued to charge my account and emptied the last money I had in my account. I was an absolutely loyal customer, but when I called to report it, the woman I spoke to was a power-tripping disgusting person. Perhaps they are in on the scam together. I might go to the media.

Late last night the Unicity driver pulled away from the YWG terminal and THEN informed me his Credit/Debit unit wasn't working. My gut said he was lying (there is an extra fee to them if they process a credit card with the machine) Regardless, I had no cash. I asked him to take me back to the airport to get another cab. He then pushed further and said we could stop at a bank machine. I explained my bank has few branches and that I have to pay extra fees for withdrawals at other bank machines. I again asked to go back to the airport. He then said I must have cash at home! (I don't) Finally he said it might work. (right) When we arrived, it did work (as I felt it would) but before processing, he asked what amount I wanted to put on it (above the fare) Don't get me wrong, I tip cabbies, and did last night because, frankly, being on my own, late at night with someone who had pushed his way so much made me uneasy. I didn't want a volatile situation. I just felt it was pretty ballsy to angle for a tip when he tried to pull a fast one on me. Uncomfortable, yucky experience, and the cab stank to boot.

this happened in the very early hours of the morning of February 3rd, 2014. First off the cabbie is east indian, and while I have no issues with anyone's race, religion or colour, it is a well known fact that some east indian men do not treat women very well at all. This is yet another example of one. Up until this incident, I have usually had pretty good service. Im friendly to them even if they are a bit grouchy. But if a cabbie is rude to me, or does not listen to my instructions, I wont put up with it. I will say something. This cabbie demanded payment up front, which completely surprised me, and deeply offended me. I have always paid my full taxi fare plus a tip, and this guy was demanding money up front. Now I understand that they do that just in case someone tries to stiff them. A passenger usually only has to show that he or she has money and that matter is settled, meaning that the cabbie will take the fare to his or hers destination and get payment at the end of the trip. I showed him my cash plus my credit card and said yes I can pay you, but not until we reach my home. He then freaked out, drove me to a remote road in the middle of nowhere. Then he called some of his cabbie buddies to where we were, and then he told all of them that I was refusing to pay the fare. Im not sure what else he told them. One of the other cabbies did come to the window and asked me politely why I was refusing to pay. I said I absolutely was not refusing to pay the fare, this cabbie was just being a jerk because I, the customer, had the nerve to argue with him. I became so anxious about where this situation was going that I called the police, despite the fact that I was intoxicated,(which is why I had called a taxi to take me home, because Im an asthmatic and all my medicine was at home and I needed it, plus my allergy and sinus/flu meds)risking being taken into custody for public intoxication. And even though I was not drunk and disorderly or assaulting anyone, which is laughable since I'm disabled and in constant pain. The pain medication alone makes me sleepy and docile. But the law is the law and technically I was publicly intoxicated. The officers talked to the cabbies, and they said they would not get me home even if I paid up front. The officers were kind enough to offer to drive me home, but once they saw that I was intoxicated, they took me to the drunk tank. The conditions of this place is as bad as a third world jail. But better that then being left out in the freezing cold to die, or possibly getting raped and left for dead by one or all of these cabbies. I may be over exaggerating, but I have read other reviews and reports of women getting sexually assaulted by either a Duffy's cabbie or a Unicity cabbie.
Complaining to the cab company apparently has little effect
