SkyShuttle Airport Service

Worst shuttle service possible, thought I would save money and time by booking with these folks boy was I wrong! No departure guarantees, and they admit there is 100% no reason for them to ask you for flight info because they don't actually care what time you get in - they have no set schedule and what time you leave the airport is completely random. Upon arrival at their airport kiosk was told I'd have to wait over an hour for the next shuttle [to go 15 mins away]. Flight already arrived late so hopped in a cab and called them from the taxi to demand a refund since they could not meet basic service levels.

Was told by manager on the phone that the next shuttle was only actually 20 mins out and that their clerk at the airport mis-informed me. She apologized and offered to process the refund. Months later and after multiple emails to their support team they come back and say some mid-level manager has suddenly refused to honor the refunding citing some garbage internal corporate policy - even though they told me over the phone and in writing they would process it. Don't use this service, turns out Edmonton has uber and even if they didn't I'd rather pay twice as much in cabs than give these scumbags any of my heard earned coin. Company run by idiots - save your time and the headache and download uber before you depart or at the Edmonton terminal. These guys are dishonest and total morons - you've been warned!

This service is a complete farce. It maybe worth using it to get from the airport to your hotel as it's cheap but, do not buy the return ticket as there is a good chance that they will turn up late and you risk having to get a taxi or missing your flight. Their customer service is non existent. My pickup arrived exactly one hour late. I had the service booked for 6:50pm in order to catch an 8:25pm flight. One hour ride to the airport and I would be there 35 mins before my flight. When the shuttle was ten minutes late I called them up to find out where it was and was told it would be there in five minutes. At 7:20 I was forced to take a cab anyway or miss my flight. The company after much run around told me that I had not left myself enough time to get to the airport so even if the sky shuttle had been on time I would not have arrived the recommended one hour before a flight and as such was not entitled to a refund or compensation for my cab fare. They obviously don't give a damn about their customers and have never heard of social media. Having looked at other reviews I have not managed to find anything other than complaints about this company. I would give it zero stars if possible.
