Been waiting for a cab from 425pm till now still waiting I would say excellent customer service 3 TIMES I TALKED TO THE DISPATCH 3 TIMES I WAS TOLD 15MINS.GREAT PUBLIC RELATIONS FOR A LONG TIME USER

I've been cut off several times by these guys. Today was the final straw. Cab # 239 ignored a stop sign in a mall parking so that they could park right in front of a store...perdicular to the curb, cutting off the lane i was in. If he had waited at the stop sign like he should of, I would have calmly driven by since I was a few meters from the spot he raced to. Instead, I almost had a minor accident and was forced into a mini jam.
Of course, I gave him a piece of my mind. His response? Its Sunday, whats my problem...why am I reacting to him like that on a Sunday? HUH!?
Had enough of these guys.

This is the best service i have only had a problem with one driver in 17 years! But on weekends its kind of slow on late nights and you be waiting a bit but its better than yellow :)
if you like the company so much, you should remember to give them stars! right now it looks like they had horrible service since you didnt star them at all. just click on edit next to your review and add stars!

I go out alot to alot of parties and I dont drive cause I have never wanted to be bothered with insurance and now due to gas prices i'm even less intrested in it so i take cabs cause then i can drink and not drive and not have those worries but i and others have encountered other worries with some of these drivers and its really getting out of hand after a very scary verbal attack and threats to my close friends life i had to come on here and post to let people know. Edmonton is getting scary enough these days and now its best to be alert in these cabs with ourselves our children and elderly
no problem! i just wanted to make sure that, if they're as good a business as you said, they ranked well and people knew about them.

I'm glad to hear someone speak sensibly about the issue it is very important especially when a driver is threatening to assualt you sexually that's just ridiculous! thank you jenn
makes sense, it can definetly be scary when traveling late at night alone. at least you've experienced all the cab companies now so you know which ones to trust!

to make your ride home with a taxi safer, its always a good idea to call for a taxi, at least then the company dispatch knows who they sent our for you, name & cab# in case something happens and actually being monitored like this prevents things to happen in the first place. if you are ever in toronto, use beck, i have them on speed dial. they always show up under 10 min and their crew is mostly great. (with or without traveling with my dog)
Ill keep beck in mind but if your inedmonton stay away fomr yellow dog or no dog
Thanx 4 the tips about cabs in your neck of the woods. I've never had the distinct pleasure of visiting Alberta yet but one day, I will get out there! :)
