Been waiting for a cab from 425pm till now still waiting I would say excellent customer service 3 TIMES I TALKED TO THE DISPATCH 3 TIMES I WAS TOLD 15MINS.GREAT PUBLIC RELATIONS FOR A LONG TIME USER

I've been cut off several times by these guys. Today was the final straw. Cab # 239 ignored a stop sign in a mall parking so that they could park right in front of a store...perdicular to the curb, cutting off the lane i was in. If he had waited at the stop sign like he should of, I would have calmly driven by since I was a few meters from the spot he raced to. Instead, I almost had a minor accident and was forced into a mini jam.

Of course, I gave him a piece of my mind. His response? Its Sunday, whats my problem...why am I reacting to him like that on a Sunday? HUH!?

Had enough of these guys.

This is the best service i have only had a problem with one driver in 17 years! But on weekends its kind of slow on late nights and you be waiting a bit but its better than yellow :)
