Very bad experience. Was recommended by a few people because it's cheap, but not worth the experience of unprofessionalism and language barrier. If you want to get the most benefits and max refund this place is not where you want to go. It's like they just want to simply get it done and not actually do there job. Hardly any questions were asked of us and my common law partner and I spent more time back and forth with the CRA on the phone. You are left sitting there not having any clue what the hell is going on cause they are serving other customers all at the same time. Not private at all. Everyone can hear the information you are telling the CRA on the phone. Acctax can't answer any questions on CCTB or Unniversal, HST, Trillium, Disability when asked if it will change. They give you no paperwork or even a portion of your T4back for your own records. You walk out with nothing but a cheque if you got any refund back. Any questions I had there would in a rude tone tell you to call the CRA.
