The first time I went there the service was slow and the worker didn't seem to know how to use her computer.
The second time I told them over the phone that I needed small business and personal tax done. When I got there they said there was no one there who knew how to do small business tax and I would have to rebook.
I left angry and went to a different location with more competent service.
I tried to rate them with only .5 stars but this site won't let me
