I bought my pool in 2016 needless to say I've had many pools since the 1960's and I've never ever have one rust out but this one did in 3 years and they tell me its because there was standing water on the outside of it . I said no way I have always put rocks around my pools and I also have a drainage system around the pools so water doesn't stand still . Well every time I contacted them at 7-11 it was through email they wouldn't talk to me on the phone and the Pool was clearly under WARRANTY well I only paid approx. $1200.00 for the pool , and designer liner , I had filter and ladder and install guy and Install Guy said Pool shouldn't have rusted the way it did it was bad metal . Well they finally got back to me 2 weeks later the beginging of April 2020 and told me its not covered under warranty and if I wanted the price they could sell me at a prorated new one was $858.26 and plus freight from Canada to Chicago Il which on April 7,2020 she never got back to me until May 16 2020 freight $211.32 So this place gets zero stars as far as I'm concered with the prices they charge for the prorated price I could go and get a better pool package with everything included and installation also

My pool ledge and top rail is rusted. I have been trying to settle this for over two years. Kristine at 711 is not making this happen. I have never had this much trouble with getting a product problem resolved in my entire life. Our friends gave up on their rusted pool and tore it down. It was 3 years old. I just want a price quote for the entire ledge ,and top rail ,and an address of where to pay and a fair price on the replacement of those rusted parts on a 4 yr old pool which began to rust on its 3rd summer of use. This is shameful.

Recently started distributing Hot Tubs as a second source of income. I have had a great experience with 7-11 Pools. They are quick to have the product dropped shipped directly to the homeowner. I am going to sell Swimming Pools this Spring. Thanks for helping the little guy be successful.

Please save yourself a summer of disappointment and frustration and do not purchase a pool through this company! Multiple issues with this company from terrible and incomplete "instructions" on pool setup (even though these are supposed to be do it yourself setups), things not lining up properly, incorrect pieces sent out and having to wait WEEKS for the proper ones to be sent to you, even though when you finally do get a hold of them after all 8 of your emails have gone ignored they tell you that they are "having problems with their email" and "it will be sent out on Monday" and it actually doesn't get sent out until over a week after.

Worst customer service you could ever imagine. Plus, if you do encounter any issues while you're setting up, you may as well just accept the fact that you probably won't be able to enjoy your pool until next summer, because by the time they actually resolve your issue, summer will be over.

If I could give this company negative stars, believe me I would.

The mistake on pool parts for your pool was very unfortunate BUT the mistake did not come from the manufacture but in fact the dealer who mixed up inventory from the year previous to the new year. This normally would not be an issue but 7-11 Pool Products had made a manufacturing change. The Dealer knew this and accidentally mixed them up. We are sorry this happened and learned that when changes are made that the boxes need to be better marked.

I purchased an above ground pool package. I was very happy with the quality. We knew that we would have to buy plumbimg parts for the pool. We had to with our first pool that we had bought elsewhere. This pool has more features and we are very happy. Thank you

love the pool, the service when we were buying was fantastic,BUT once purchased, no instructions, no hose, no fittings, no adapters, no thermometer or list of parts we were susposed to receive,and of course no response to our emails. Very disappointed in the customer service, and have had to purchase and additional $125 of supplies to hook up the filter system to our pool. Would recommend the pool for its quality, but not the company for its service on its product.

It is normal when purchasing a DIY pool that some plumbing parts would not come with the pool from the manufacture. The manufacture supplies the main portion of the plumbing parts. It may not be all the parts that you want for the way you would like to plumb your pool but all the necessary parts. Manufactures can only supply the most common parts and the necessary parts of a swimming pool kit. Also when it becomes more economical to buy the plumbing parts from a major box store than a why would the manufacture of the swimming pool continue to supply it. It would not be economical to the consumer. When the Above ground swimming pool leaves the manufacturing plant they do not know if it is going to a swimming pool store or directly to a homeowner. Most swimming pool stores do not want all the plumbing included because the installers would like different plumbing parts than what is supplied and then the store is stuck with product they do not want. The convenience of having the extra parts we can see but 7-11 Pools does not supply anything less than what all the above ground pool manufactures supply

Well, where should I start. Let's start with the purchase. It took 8 weeks for the spas to be delivered. I was okay with that since they were building it. Ordered it in October 2010. Communication from this supplier is poor to disgusting. The sales woman never returns emails or phone calls.
The spas was delivered in December 2010. Now, I had ordered matching steps for the hot tub at the same time. Guess what, hot tub arrived no steps. So, I called 711 pools, I was not surprised when she NEVER returned my calls.Everytime I contacted her I got a different excuse. It is now February 2011 still don't have any steps for my spa. don't think I ever will. I then started calling the company directed. I was then told the the steps were never ordered. Now it is going into MARCH 2011 still no steps in sight. I would hate to think that I would have to pursue other avenues to get my steps. I guess I will have to call every day and leave a message. Maybe I will eventually receive my stairs for the spas. All I know is that I have spent more money than I care to mention on long distance calls to this supplier.The Spa is great, unfortunately I would NOT recommend this dealer

I really Love the price of your pools, And the stuff that comes with it like accesserios,But the only thing I didn't like is that not enough of the white fittings came with it to hook up the filteration system and no certain amount of flex hose came with it actually no hose came with it and putting up a pool on the week-end and not knowing this was a task in itself especially where I live there are no stores opened on Sundays here that hold anything like that, Other then that it's a great product, And I looked all over atlantic canada for a pool and this poole was in my price range, And I've also reccomended it to alot of my friends that if they were going to buy a pool to buy one of these ones.

The quality of the above ground pool that I purchased through you is absolutely fantastic and the kids are getting great use out of it. Actually, it is making our summer that much more enjoyable for the family as a whole - my wife and I even use it quite frequently.
