Verified by EmailNothing special with knowledge, I had a problem, they took a guess basically, and I finally figured it out about a month later.
They test water for free if your a beginner with a hot tub, and just learning the right chemicals that are needed for your tub (no, you actually don't flippin need every chem they sell..)
Haven't found better, haven't found worse
