They have No clue on how to repair or replace skirting panels. Three years ago panels started falling off my new spa. Getting them to come and attempt to replace them has been a total nightmare. They have stalled me , reordered, sent out so called service kids to wreck more panels then reorder more panels and make me wait for another year to go by .
If I could give them a lower rating I would....
