Rented heated storage from this place for 1year, loved the convenience of 24/7 storage, the staff is also very friendly and understanding. Only problem I had was 3 dead mice in my unit, my stuff was okay though as the staff does offer free sticky traps that did catch every mouse! Which I was quite pleased with. I will definitely be renting from this location in the future!

Rented a storage unit for 1.5 years. Moving in they went above and beyond and when moving out definitely went above and beyond. Honest and has integrity. Great prices compared to many other storage rental units. This is the 2nd time I have used their services and if in the future I require storage... I will be going back. xoxox
Very friendly staff and great location! I can easily pass by on my way to work which I enjoyed over the years using this storage. My only complaints are the increased rates for a storage and the gate pinpad has a block in front of it; which makes it so I have to take off my seat belt and reach over through my car window to reach the pinpad.

Rented a 10 x 15 to hold tools and stock supplied for a nearby job site. Super friendly staff, snow cleared promptly, 24-7 access, unit was maintained in great condition; nothing but good things to say about this place!!!

I enjoyed my experience storing here. Friendly staff and good access to unit. I will now be looking elsewhere for a storage unit as they decided to raise monthly rent by 20% with no warning. A 5x10 closet with no heat should not cost $170 a month. Store somewhere else before they raise it again
This place is the best place to rent storage from. I was going through the roughest Time in my life and they were super accommodating. They were very understanding when I wasn’t able to pay the rent on time; they held onto my stuff for two months without any contact from me because I went to jail and they still held onto my stuff for me!! In the end however they did sell my stuff but I don’t blame them because if I was them, I would’ve sold my stuff like months and months prior to the time they actually decided to sell it so thank you so much guys you are amazing.
We use Securegard because they offer fully heated lockers (heated to room temperature with a forced-air system) which access from interior hallways. This type of facility is a rarity among self-serves in Regina, and is excellent because 1) it's comfortable and convenient to access your goods in the dead of winter; 2) your contents are protected from coming anywhere near freezing; and 3) everything does not get coated with dirt that blows in around the seals as usually happens with a direct-outdoor access locker. That said, if I could find another similar facility in the city I'd switch in a minute, because I am not at all impressed with the service attitude at this place. Despite premium rates that increase quite often (three increases in just the last 24 months) they have flatly (and tersely) refused to even be bothered to mail out my receipts -- even occasionally -- which is a pain because I live out of town. I have used several self-serve storage facilities across western Canada over the past few years as my business has been growing. At other places they treat me like a king, but at Securegard I am routinely made to feel like I am just an 'inconvenience' to them. 'Guess they just don't consider customer service an important part of their business model.
