The staff are very accommodating, for anyone who has moved you how stressful it can be. The team at access helped every way they could to make my move as easy as possible and very appreciative for all their help through this.

This is the worst storage company. 10/10 DO NOT SUGGEST!!!!!! the guy at the front too is a complete jerk. Somehow has the job title of manager. I never once had a good experience walking in to pay my storage. Super unprofessional not a cleanly guy with a bad attitude. Not the kind of employee I would want working for me. Not only did I cancel my unit in advance by a MONTH they told me I only had to do it a couple days before the billing cycle end date. A month I thought I would be in the clear. Nope they charged my credit card again today. Thank god I am finished with this company. I can’t believe the horrible experience I have had

At first I was hesitant to rent a storage again because of a not so good complicated experience. But these guys not only have a high security, and cleanly storage units. They where very detailed, friendly staff. They had no contract signing like storage mart. I LOVE access storage They are amazing, price friendly storage place I highly recommend and will be recommending to my friends and family, especially if the budget is tight. I LOVE THIS COMPANY.😊😊😊

Update: when push came to shove, I couldn't pay my unit BUT out of the kindness of their heart they gathered all my important papers and sentimental thing and gave them back to me. Not to many storage unit companies do that.

This company has customer service down to an art. I called the 1-855 number, and the sales technician went through the costs and promotions effectively and passed me along to a location in my area. My needs suited a sister location better, so I was contacted by staff at another location. The service technician went thoroughly over the accommodations and access to the storage site. This company's service and response time is highly commendable and offers a smooth transition for your storage needs.

My personal experience at Access Storage was great. All the instructions were clear and the staff was very helpful. I had pleasure dealing with Ruchir Garg. He was knowledgeable, patient and took time to address all my questions. Will definitely use the service again if needed.

If we need storage again we will definitely be back to access storage, we got a storage unit for a 2 bedroom apartment and the price was pleasing on my frugal wallet, the first month is free even, we ended up leaving a day or two after our next payment and they just waved it for us which you don't see anymore 5/5

When I first got a storage unit from Access Storage Dan and Kathy were both very polite to me. They got the time to explain how the storage unit went from storing my goods at my expense and if anything were to happen while I had my goods what would happen. All they expect is for the way it looked to when I was done with the storage unit. I never had such great service and very polite people in all my experiences. So if your looking for a clean place to store your goods I highly recommend Access Storage-Saskatoon North.
