Moving across the country is hard, and when we needed storage in a town we didn’t know, the people at Hanwell Stow-it-all helped us out. Very personable, yet professional, I’d recommend them in a heartbeat. Their prices are about the same as other storage facilities. We’d definitely turn to them again if we need storage in the future, because their customer service is what stands out!

We recently relocated from BC and needed a small storage place for items we brought until we settled into a house. Once we had our house before it closed we bought a few things for the new home and also put it in storage.

When I was looking for a storage place, I found their prices more attractive than others, so I really was not sure to expect. These places are new, super clean, super comfortable air conditioning so you didn't sweat your bag off moving stuff in and out. The unit was nicer than some of the places I stayed at I think driving across country. I could have also stored my car here for a fee as they also have vehicle storage but as I was flying back just to redo the journey in our second car within the week I just parked at the airport.

Honestly storage places are not that fascinating, but choose this place for its a great facility, but the people I dealt with were so friendly and genuine. I'd rent again just because of how genuinely nice they were and provided great service. Even had a coffee to go when I was in the office letting them know I was done with the unit.

Recently used Hanwell stow it all on a trip to the East coast to leave my truck and trailer and was very pleased with their service, facility and accommodations.
Located only a short distance from the main hiway it was easy to find and had a large convenient yard to get around in as well as the security of a gated compound with cameras.
Also provided a discount for essential service employees such as fire, police and military.

Customer Service by Cathy was above and beyond. Unit was clean and as described, area was secure but easy to access and location on Thompson was perfect so that I could pop by the locker while doing other errands.

Our need for additional temporary storage space was a bit of a surprise in our transition to my retirement. So I was cold-calling a number of places but you went above and beyond in helping to direct me to what I needed, with easy access to getting things set up and quickly in where they needed to be. We didn't have any issues during the stay but when it came time to be out, we received the same helpful, efficient service. I'd have to make something up to complain about. Will certainly use them again if the occasion arises. Thank you for being just what we needed when we needed it and making the whole experience positive in every way.

This company is amazing. I got a storage room in about 10 minutes tops and Cathy was amazing to deal with. Really appreciate the professionalism here.

The staff at this facility treat you like family. It's lovely because you feel appreciated and they go out of there way to give you the value that you deserve. I felt important when I go there and in return I make them feel appreciated and important as well . Easy access. Just got to remember your code for the gate lol

Berry was a gem of a person to deal with Who Really Went Above and Beyond in helping me out in finding what I was exactly looking for so I Really appreciate it, People make Difference so Berry and Kathy were great in following up.

I recently had a storage unit at Charlottetown Stow it all. Unit was very clean. The lady in the office (Susan, I think) was very friendly and helpful. I used this facility once in the past and I would definitely use it again.

Service at Stow It All on Brookside in Fredericton is as customer focused as it can be! The facility is clean, safe and easy to access 24 hours a day. The rental process was a breeze as was move out! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this facility!

Rented one of their larger units for well over a year after moving to the island. Never an issue accessing the unit, or moving in and eventually out. Great, friendly service. Upright piano stored in the climate controlled unit (outdoor access) survived a winter without issue! Would definitely use again if I had the need.
