Good experience, no complaints. I hope it stays that way.

Do not waste your time.... they are shady and have no respect or consideration for their customers.
1) They post a different price online from what they will actually charge once the account is final. I chose a locker that was supposed to cost 130$ per month, and after i finaized my application/profile, my charge suddenly jumped to 200$+ despite haven chosen the cheaper option. 2) They put a protection plan that i didnt ask for on my plan and the payments changed often, sometimes it was 25$ other times it was 30$. When i called about this issue the Customer service was very dismissive and offered no help. 3) They blamed me for "picking the expensive option" and would not listen to me when i tried to explain that i picked the CHEAPER option. I was then told call back when the manager is in and was not given a date or time to call back.
4) They will increase your payment amount without notice or explanation. My bill went from 190$ before taxes and fees to 230$ before taxes and fees. Again no explanation for this and no advance warning. They sent me the bill at the same time as expected and had 1 sentence saying "your bill went up."
5) They send out your bill less than 2 weeks after you make your payment for the month prior. (I paid May 2nd and got my next bill May 13th) If you are late will charge a ridiculously high late fee within 48 hrs of the due date (40$). The presence of a late fee is not the problem, the problem is the money hungry tactics these guys practice. Why send me a bill so soon after I made a payment? Why sucha high fee and short grace period?? Why add things to my bill without informing me??? Why increase my monthly payments without explaining the increase????

This place is super shady and offers no proper customer service. They do not care about YOU, they care about your $$$.
Go with U-HAUL LAVAL (1155 CHOMEDY, LACAL). They are much better people, cheaper, more accommodating and will not give you a hard time if you have any concerns or questions about your account, payments or service.

Would give storage mart a 0 star or -10/10 review if i could. But google doesnt let me.

Is an easy to find place, offers really good storage options with really competitive prices in the market. The person who was at the front desk was amazing and gave us all the information, provided us with all we needed to start using the storage space.

2024: I am back renting a storage at StorageMart in Laval. As always, Antoine is very efficient and very customer-oriented.
2023: Rented space for the past three years. Space is heated, no humidity, and very well maintained. The place is also very secure, with camera surveillance. Will come back if I ever need to rent storage again.

They opened my storage without contacting me and when I complained about the 75$ charge for that they told me I have to take all my stuff out of storage or they’d sell it

The experience at the front desk was professional, and courteous. Very simple to rent and not to many documents to sign.

I spoke with Jonathan and he showed me a heated storage room, was perfect for my needs. In and out no issues at all. Would recommend with how simple and easy it really is :). (C'était toute en francais)

High quality of service the person in charge explains to us in detail what we need to be careful about, the prices are quite acceptable to very good, the premises are clean without odors and garbage.
