Had this locker for almost 11 years. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Not one negative thing to say about my experience there.

Reserved online and moved items into storage two days later. Simple, great service from Jared, who explained everything very well. The location is clean and professional. I recommend.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE

As a veteran health professional, I feel compelled to write this review.

I recently required some storage space for the very time . My first contact by phone was with Jared - who was uber professional , and went above and beyond to answer all my many questions. It gave me the confidence to make optimal decisions for my particular circumstances.

Subsequently, I went to the company to complete the contract etc, Again , I can't say enough about how privileged I feel to work with them. This storage facility is very very clean and the security is well organized with cameras , a proper fence etc, Andrea who was so gracious helped me to visit several options .

Tanya , the facility's manager, oversaw the complete process. She is simply -wonderfully helpful. Her kindness and respect for her staff was also very impressive to me.

I can not tell you , how grateful I am knowing that I can have peace of mind with my decision to store my family heirlooms at this place and it is not a surprise to me that they came highly recommended.

Tanya was very helpful and took time to show me a few spaces to see what size locker would best suit my needs. Got a lovely 3 months special and within a few minutes, it was all set up.

Was received by Jared who walked me through the paperwork along with all the types of storage units and other materials and supplies available. He took all the time necessary to go over all the deatils to make sure there were no questions left. After shwoing me the available units it was a simple decision to go with the location.

Tanya helped me get sorted today. She was super informative and made the process easy. Thanks so much.

Excellent... good place for your storage needs. I'll use this place again if I ever need storage space again.

Crazy like a labyrinth. 2 right angle turns up a ramp with heavy carts was a challenge. Felt like if I lost momentum the cart was going to slide back down and squish me against the wall like a bug. Felt like I might get eaten by the minotaur finding my way down there in the upper basement.

People are very rude in person compared to on the phone. Almost sounds scripted however not in person…. Horrible quality for the ridiculous price. There’s better DO NOT COME HERE! They are money hungry, rude, messy people and one of them smells like dope allll the time:/

I had an issue this morning which was taken care off. I met Jared who was very apologetic and and I'm very satisfied after chatting with him in person. He is a great guy to have working at Public Storage and I can't praise him enough for accepting the responsibility for being late for work. I have great respect for him. Hope his boss would feel the same as I have. Thanks Jared.

Tanya is a suuuuper boss I moved all my stuff into storage on the 1st of July and as you can imagine is was packed beyond belief but this superwoman handled all registration and costumer service by herself i was in awe!! Wait time wasn't even bad given the circumstances!! She explained everything perfectly and was patient and the whole time being super helpful and friendly!! The storage also has Great space, good prices.

Staff made it very easy as a newbie. The location isint super modern. But cheap prices. Especially the 1$ dollard deal with no catch.

Would have been a 5 star rating, but the government of Quebec forcing them to be rude and not communicating with me in a language I'm comfortable in.
