The gentleman who works the front is a nice guy. But knowing mice were living around all my furniture and in and out of boxes is not safe with Hontavirus now that can kill you. I saw a giant mouse jump out of my box of antiques. While it was in the uhaul. I have no idea how much of my things have been contaminated but by the looks of all the mouse poop it looks like they had been all over everything.

I have had this Storage for over a year, Lou And his team have been so professional, courteous, helpful unit is very clean well lit up safe with pass codes to get in the gate. Keep up the great work I would highly recommend the storage unit. Most of all their customer service is a 10* Thank you guys
