Visited the location. Sign in/sign up was very easy and quick. Ladies at the front desk were very nice and patient with my millions of questions. Location was nice and clean. Unit was also super clean upon inspection. Rented from here a few years ago and I'm back again so yea.

I have never used a storage facility before but I would never change from this one. Melody is a saint. When I got there with moving company it was immediately evident the unit I selected wouldn't be big enough. She got me an alternative bigger unit on the spot for my stuff without any hassle. Then a couple weeks later when we wanted to see if we could get a better price she found a slightly smaller unit at a much better price to still fit my stuff. She made the whole process so easy and went out of her way to make sure we were getting the best value. 10/10 service

Terrible we were removed because we mistakenly left 2 minutes after closing. They call you they threaten you threaten to auction off all your belongings then they watch you and spy on you
It was terrible they have nothing to do so they create trouble
We have other storage locations that are excellent with no childish rules. Do NOT RENT THERE WHATEVER YOU DO

My boyfriend and I inquired for a storage unit at Dundas area, and Melody (the lady at front desk) gave us good comparison of the units so we could see what’s best for us. She’s very nice, patient, friendly and approachable. We asked her questions and she responds quick like she really knows the business or what to say to clients. She’s a great asset to the company! More power!

Great place for storage if you live downtown. Make sure to shop online to see different deals. Melody was very kind and welcoming. She showed us different size units so we can get a better idea of what a 5x8x8 looked like compared to a 5x10x8

I rented a unit here. Less than 5 months later they decided to significantly raise the rate. Rather than attempting to inform me of this in a reasonable way, the only notice provided was in the montly invoice email (do YOU read this carefully every single month for every single service you're paying for? Of course not.) When I found out about the increased cost months later, they refused to provide any kind of refund. I can only assume part of their business model is to trick people into paying more than they thought they were.

Excellent place to use for storage. Staff are generally very friendly. They are not all over you if you are in your unit for awhile doing things. Place is clean. There is no hydro or lights in any of the units or accessible washrooms.

The staff was very informative and friendly. Explained how everything ran and to top it off I didn't lock my storage locker properly and the staff called me and left a message to come back and lock it properly. I was very impressed.

Excellent storage options. I guess I didn’t really consider that there was a customer service aspect to renting a unit but their customer service was incredible enough that I noticed it. They offered information, I had no questions, there were no hidden fees, it was a smooth move in and move out. Should we ever need to use a storage facility again, it would be StorageMart.

My first time ever using a storage unit and Melody helped me out. She was absolutely wonderful. There were a few mishaps that happened and she straightened everything out. She was really friendly and down to earth .. could have developed a friendship with her if we talked any longer lol.

Office staff was friendly, helpful and accommodated our requests. It was an easy unit-move-in experience, and there were a few carts available to assist with moving items into our unit.

I’ve rented 2 units from the Storage Mart at 665 Adelaide St. N in London, ON and I must say it has been the best experience I’ve ever had renting a unit. The units were both clean and easy to access, and the staff are some of the friendliest and most helpful people I’ve ever met. The auto billing is simple and easy and always comes out on the first of each month. My previous storage unit at a different company used to auto bill every 28 days so it would come out at a different time each month which was actually rather annoying. I couldn’t recommend Storage Mart any more if I tried.

I've dealt with many different storage facilities and I'm new to using storage mark personally, I have been to the facilities before. In the few days I've been a customer I've had a very positive experience with management Melody specifically at the Adelaide location has been extremely helpful and informative regarding their policies and procedures so that there is no surprises. I made a special request regarding a last-minute move she was quick to respond and even reached out to see how it went which is rare. I really appreciate the personal touch and consideration.

Clean facility, excellent staff. They really know what they're doing. Longtime customer would come back again if I needed space.

Came here with many questions in mind, but Melody explained everything clearly to us. She was friendly, helpful, and gave us a lot of useful tips.

The place is clean and tidy, and very well managed. Pretty sure our stuff is in good hands.

My only constructive criticism would be that it might be a good idea to ensure there's proper grading infront of units to allow ground water to flow away. When removing my bedroom unit it had just rained 30 minutes prior and there was about a 2 inch puddle DIRECTLY infront of my entire unit. Some grading with central drains to ensure puddles like that can't form directly infront of units would be amazing.

I don’t often leave reviews, but I also don’t often work with managers as excellent as Melody. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and had a refreshing approachability that I don’t see much anymore. Really happy with the service I got. Thank you again Melody!!
