Fantastic customer service. Extremely clean facility

This place is amazing! Heather was great. Loved dealing with her. I wasn't sure what size I needed and she made things simple by showing all the different storage lockers available. If you need a storage unit in Guelph, this is the place to go!

This place is a total scam. I rented a 10x30 unit for over 6 months, and mice got inside through a hole between units. They destroyed a lot of my belongings — I lost my brand new furniture items. The staff even caught 9 mice and took pictures, so there was proof.
When it came time to file an insurance claim, it was a nightmare. No proper form, no real process, and after dragging it out, they declined my claim saying “not enough information.” That makes no sense. I paid for insurance, but it turned out to be useless.The facility refuses to take responsibility, there’s no real customer service, and when I asked for the head office number, they refused to give it. Everything is designed to protect them, not customers.
Do not trust this place. If something happens to your unit, they don’t care and won’t help you. Insurance is a waste of money here. The manager is protect her job. She's not genuine to support to customer. Employees know how badly damage my stuff & smell of my unit.
