I’ve had a very positive experience with the team at Public Storage on Birchmount Road. Sabrina has been especially helpful - always professional, responsive, and very clear whenever I had questions about my unit.

Most recently she assisted me in obtaining access records for my storage unit and handled the request quickly and courteously. She made the process very easy.

Riza and Sabrina are amazing! This is the first storage I ever rented, they were so knowledgeable and so kind. Their customer service was unbelievable, it was like hanging out with my family. It's the first time I rent an storage and I'm very impressed because they were so helpful. We choose our storage size then when we brought our stuff we noticed we needed more space and Ms. Riza was so kind and offer us a bigger and convenient storage immediately and she had done the paperwork quickly. Feel confident to rent your storage here because it's clean, safe and they have great customer service.

Riza is very helpful and explains the process very clearly. Its the best $1 I spent in my life. Our Condo renovation was delayed and we have to live in it while being renovated. So we have no place for our stuff. Public Storage has the $1 rent for the first month promotion. So it was perfect as we only need 2-3 weeks to store our stuff. The facility is clean, well manage, and open 7 days a week from 5am to 10pm which is plenty of time to access the facility. At the end, I really only paid $1 for the rent for the whole month, plus management fee of just $25 which is still not bad. Will definitely recommend Public Storage at Birchmount and Eglinton.

I found the customer service at Public Storage to be excellent. They're very polite and courteous and had really good units at prices that were very competitive. All and all, a very good experience!

First time renting a storage unit. Great online experience and customer service. Did an initial walkthrough of the unit and rules/policies. The two ladies at the desk were fantastic! They were friendly and a no pressure sales. Helped me envision how i can store my items and packing suggestions. Open times to access locker is reasonable and is gated. Overall i had a great experience and ultimately did a rental with them. If you need a storage rental, definitely check them out!

Can’t say enough about Sabrina at this location! Went above and beyond to ensure our unit was the right fit, and trouble shooting our own issues on the day of. With Sabrina’s advice, We ended up taking a bigger unit, which saved us a huge hassle later on. Location is secured and the staff are excellent. Thanks Sabrina!

The location is easily accessible and the customer service from beginning to move day was helpful, kind, friendly, and very supportive. The rates were fair. The lovely ladies at front desk make you feel like you're in good hands. The place serves its purpose, no frills.

Public storage offers well discounted short term plans and the staff will help you out with all your questions as well they will assist the size suitable for our profile. Overall friendly staff makes the business even more friendly.

I spoke with Maggie today and I was extremely impressed with how she answered all my questions, helping with the sizes of the units, how it all worked and she was very clear with with the pricing and billing including the administrative fee and insurance. She only took a few minutes to reserve my unit and said if I decided not to use it just to give her a call. She made things so simple and efficient!! I came a couple of hours later to view the unit and sign all the necessary documents, and it was quick. She took a huge amount of stress off my back!! Can't recommend them enough! Thank you!!

I also wanted to add that Sabrina went way above and beyond. I can not thank her enough for her honesty. I went in with cash to make a payment, and one of my bills was stuck to the other one. We all missed it. The next morning, Sabrina called and asked if I was missing money. I went into my wallet and realized it was missing. It is very much appreciated, and honesty is very hard to come by. I can't thank you enough!!!

I have to say they were very professional yet able to enjoy the work and knowing their customers that came through while helping us. Good service and courtesy and down to earth and able to give a snap answer without any lag and helpful. I would definitely recommend Public Storage as they are open also on Sundays( see office hours) compared to other Storage companies that are not open 7 days a week to help new and existing customers.

Good customer service. The staff was amazing if I miss a payment they were nice to me. Allow me to make my payment.a was respectful towards me.

The staff was kind and friendly and help throughout. The facility was super cold in winder and super hot in the summer. The summer isn't so bad it is the winter when we moved out because everything was so cold and crunchy for lack of word, that the bag for my bedset broke up and the weight bench rip from being so cold and fragile. Not sure how that can be resolved if possible, but other than temperate it was a great experience with the staff and access to the storage.

I’ve rented my unit for over a year with this place. Honestly the staff is the best people I’ve had a chance to work with. I’ve had a storage unit before but nothing compares. This specific location they are truly good people just trying to do what they can ! 10/10 would rent again ! But I hope I don’t have to ! Haha

My belongings are safer here, then I am at home. The best customer service skills then a 5 star hotel should have. The most caring office staff I ever encountered, starting at the top all the way to the weekend staff. They went the extra mile on numerous occasions, especially when a was financially hurting, by offering me more time, rather than sold to the "storage wars" people. Very clean, up kept and, safe. I would love to mention employee names but I don't know all the names and definitely I can't leave out, any of the beautiful ladies working there. I'm not related to the business nor to any employees, for that reason. If you are ever in a dilemma, of which storage to pick, THIS IS THE BEST...thank you ladies for all the help you have offered me. Andrei Mosonyi
