Parkway Storage has unprofessional and incompetent staff who will feign ignorance to avoid being held accountable for poor customer service. I suggest using a reputable storage company, like StorageMart, instead of a sketchy small business like this.

Pickering Parkway storage was a great spot to temporarily store my household items. Sarah who works the front desk was always friendly and accommodating . I would have no hesitation to use this company again.

Diane, Peter, and the staff are very nice and helpful. Great location and business hours are reasonable. Great people work here!

My experience has been really good with this storage facility. From the day, I called in for a quote until now, the staff has been great. Diane and her team was ways offering to help in anyway they can. I needed a storage last minute and despite the demand and shortage of storage Diane was very accommodating. Hours of operation kinda sucked during lockdown but that was out of the staffs control. Overall I highly recommend this storage facility.

Rates are not on the cheap side but its alright. The facility looks good but the workers are rude. I get that they have a limited hours because of covid. But when they say they close at 5:00pm that means 4:30pm. I went a couple times to drop 2 items. The first time I was at the gate at 4:30pm and the lady told me that I only have 5 mins left. The second time. I was there at 4:40pm to drop 1 item. It takes 5 mins and I'm out. But they keypad to enter was already turned off. They wont even answer their phone. But there car was still parked by the office.

Diane is a lovely lady, I look forward to seeing her when I stop by the facility, her husband Peter. and daughter Sarah are very nice too!
