These people lie to you from the very beginning. Beware.
They don't tell you about the administration fee, while other close by related businesses are straightforward about this.
The larger unit in front of mine looked like it was busted in, I'm glad my stuff wasn't taken.
The entrancy door doesn't work every time, so you may not have the chance to get in on a Sunday or after hours, when their office is closed. The keypad seems busted, but the people at the office don't seem to care fixing it, they say it works most of the time..
They advertise a free lock, but when asked, they refused to give me one. They offered some old rusty one that could barely work as a rental, $20 fee if not returned on time.
Last, but not least, they automatically charged me for an extra month, even though two weeks in advance, I told them I was moving out.... I'm sure as hell fighting this one.. Never again.
