She went above and beyond to help me find the right unit and made sure everything was set up quickly. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she’s helping.
Lindsey is kind, understanding, and friendly every step of the way. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable and confident in my decision. The facility itself is very clean, secure, and well managed, which gave me a lot of peace of mind.

It’s rare to come across someone so devoted to their job and to customer service. Lindsey truly made a difficult situation so much easier. Thank you, Lindsey, for everything. Highly recommend!

I've done business with Access Storage previously at another location; however; this location is by far the best I have experienced for 1 main reason; BRANDON is the reason. This gentlemen that works here is very passionate and went above & beyond for me personally. We ran into some "SPACE" issues with storing 2 of my vehicles, but he solved the problem right away by providing me with a larger Vehicle storage even though it was not his fault. He also paid the difference in price out of his pocket which is incredibly generous of him. He really made us feel special and appreciated. priceless.

I will be a very LONG-TIME Client due to this honorable young man (BRANDON). I am working on bringing over my 8 other vehicles for storage with Brandon at this specific location in the VERY NEAR future once I can coordinate the transportation for them. Have rented a storage unit for a few years now. Reasonably priced for the area and Marilynn is always great to deal with whenever we have had questions or issues. Would recommend for anyone.

Marilynn, the assistant manager at this location is wonderful to deal with. Such a friendly, kind and patient person. To be honest she would be an amazing manager 😉. If you looking for a place to store your items reguardless short or long term, I highly suggest checking this place out. Again, I can't say enough kind things about Marilynn as she truly made this transition period go so smoothly. Thanks a million!

I rented a unit from this location and when I went to get all my belonging they were covered in mold . The owner is claiming we opted out of the rental insurance which isn’t true I have the receipt stating my insurance was 19.99 a month .do not use this storage space!!

I had an amazing experience at Access storage. It was fast, easy and very efficient. I was helped by Marilynn and she was absolutely fantastic.
