The people are so friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service. I would ONLY recommend Storage Mart to anyone looking storage. The units are clean, 24 hour acess - I cannot say anything bad about Storage Mart as there isn't anything bad to say. Thanks Tony and Steve!!! You are fabulous!!
I would honestly give them 10 stars. I have dealt with Tony and Steve on many occasions and wouldn't deal with any other storage business. Fantastic people and fantastic service.
After signing up with a promotion online.. I agreed to a monthly payment of 262.00 per month. Since then they have steadily increased my monthly payments.. it is now 362.00 one year later. They have you hostage and they know it. I do not recommend this company. 0 stars.
Great storage units. Spotlessly cleaned and well maintained. Staff friendly and very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend these units for your storage needs.
I’ve had this storage unit just shy of a year. Pleasant experience with really attentive staff. Steve is just the best. He allowed me to cancel my premium even though I was shy of the 2 week notice date. Would highly recommend this safe and easy storage facility.
This is my 2d time using the storage units on Herchimer Ave in Belleville On. And both times Steve and Toni have been a pleasure.
Even the woman on the answering service was delightful.
They helped me understand how to operate things and were very friendly and efficient.
The units are very clean and spacious and the prices were fair.

Absolutely some of the best service I’ve ever received! We were in a bit of a time crunch with our move. Our new house’s move-in date overlapped with our closing and we needed a storage unit fast. The owner (I believe) was amazing from the moment we walked in. He was friendly, helpful, and made us feel totally taken care of. He helped us find the perfect size unit and got everything set up for us that same day! You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable and informed. The price was more than fair, and the whole process was so smooth. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to friends and family. Thank you again for such a great experience! 😊😊
The staff were very helpful with setting us up with a unit & providing all administrative information. I’ve both called & emailed with additional inquiries & they have been very responsive. The unit is tidy. Overall, a good experience (Belleville Storage Mary).
The move in was easy. Staff were friendly, helpful and thorough in getting us set up. The unit was very clean and dry. The floor of the unit was a few inches higher than the ground, so I feel confident that my stuff will keep dry.

Amazing service. My stepfather had a very bad experience at another storage place. And we called Storage Mart where we go and they got him in with a feal and all. The staff at this location was incredible and made our overall experience with StorageMart a good one. We would for sure recommend you rent from them, as we would trust our storage needs with them again in a heartbeat.
After our plans changed and we decided to move out west we needed a place to keep our stuff in this transition. Toni was incredible to work with, very helpful and knowledgeable. The grounds are secure and the units are clean. It was the perfect solution for us! Thank you for everything!
Steve was extremely helpful! He had the exact size unit we needed and he was very efficient with getting us set up. For some reason my phone refused to get a data signal so I could sign the contract. Steve helped resolve that issue as well!

I recently went with my son to rent a storage space for his trailer. I found the staff at storagemart very cheerful and extremely helpful. They explained everything clearly and walked us thru step by step on how to use the gate pad for entry. I liked the fact that it's secure and very well maintained. I recommend highly.

We just booked our space for a travel trailer. The site is well organized and maintained. Steve was fantastic in guiding me through the process and found the right spot for us and Toni has been always ready to help and answering questions
I was needing storage after a house fire and a family friend recommended Storage Mart after having used them theirselves, so they took me over to talk to Tony and I’m glad they did she was very empathetic to my situation and got us set up quickly and ready to get my stuff stored until we’re able to find a new home 100% would recommend storage mart to anybody needing to store stuff
