Lake Street Mini Storage

We recently rented a storage unit at Lake Street Mini Storage and have been impressed with how safe, secure and clean the facility is. Would highly recommend using this facility for your storage needs

Great place, well controlled and safe, however the front entry pad is too far back from the protective posts, which cost me a left front quarter panel.

We have had good service with Lake Street Mini Storage. We had a small leak in our unit after the winter melt and they were able to move to another same size unit close but the same day with minimal disruption. None of our good were affected. C11

Lake Street storage is always clean, secure, accessible. The staff is always friendly and helpful and available to assist as needed. The location is very convenient. It is a little expensive.

The surroundings are clean and they let you know if you want your area shoveled during winter times. Think the area is safe.

The site has always been easily accessible, neat and clean. The rates did rise twice during covid which was unsettling but have since stablized. Overall we are quite pleased with the site and security.

my experiences haven't been too positive. I feel your present office hours do not accommodate your average working person (8am to 4:30pm or 8:30 to 5pm and so on. Can't in most cases get there before 5pm. No notification your closed on Saturday or when an employee takes a day off and the office is closed I could go on but i won't. See you next time if i can, to pay the rent by 5pm

My family first used Lake Street when we moved to the area in 2007 where we kept our unit to 2013. In 2021 when I wanted to get a unit, they were my first and only choice based on that excellent earlier experience. They are reliable and safe. I wish we still had the light in the unit in case I have to come by in later hours during the Fall/Winter but otherwise everything else is still top notch.

I have been using Lake Street Storage for at least 5 years, and have always been impressed by how clean & extremely well managed it has always been. The staff are courteous & helpful, and the units are immaculate. The security is also very tight, & I have never worried about the safety of my items. I happily give 5 stars and would highly recommend. Easily accessible just off the highway!

My experience has been very positive. The people in the office were first rate and very professional and they send me an email every month thanking me for my automatic payment. I haven't been to my locker in a couple of months but find it very adequate for my storage usage.
