Kitchener Storage Units

Speaking as someone who use to work here, you won’t find a worse storage facility, the owner doesn’t care about you or your possessions at all. Also, he is notorious for not refunding the last months rent or cleaning deposit. If you *HAVE* to rent here, make sure you use your last months rent to pay your last month because it *will Not* be refunded.
Also, if you’re renting in the winter, he doesn’t pay for snow removal so good luck accessing your unit during those months.

Great place to unload your garbage
Had a unit there for 20 years but had to leave after the new owners took over
Between the weekly break-ins, non working outside lights and homeless people living in the units...had to leave
My pictures should be enough to change your mind if you are thinking of renting here!

Been by today to look for any improvements
Hummm, l see burned out lights haven't been replaced (plus more out)
Various units still in the same state as they were when l left over a year ago
Automatic gate hasn't moved in a long while
Snow and ice hasn't been touched yet this year!!
Once again people STAY far from this place

STAY-A-WAY! Horrible customers service. Our locker was broken into, and several of our items were left in the laneway for several days. No one contacted us, and several items were stolen as a result. They did not compensate us for this. Do yourself a favour and drive a little farther to find a more reputable place.

Customer for 5 years, arrive today to my unit to found it broken into and ransacked along with many other units. Police involved. Possible legal action to come. No notification from the management but all the garbage of our stuff was swept and hidden in another open unit.... garbageeee

In the back rear of the property there is a homeless encampment, this is inside the storage unit area. Tons of garbage and break ins regularly, surprised people would actually feel safe, about paying to leave their belongings here, unreal!

Great place if you're downsizing! Just load up everything you own and two weeks after a missed payment due to a PANDEMIC, and they'll clear it out without any notice whatsoever!
