K-W Safe Storage

Decent place, not gonna lie was scared walking into this place yesterday. Originally called U-Haul on Thursday needing a cheap place as I only have suit cases and decorations to store. Thing that scared me the most it was really dark or dim and an older building. Idk just freaked me out bit sketchy. Other than that the customer service is amazing they are very helpful and the place is secured. Everything is locked up until you call them and you must be the person or listee to enter. It works for me for the stuff I have in there.

Just wish U-Haul was better at estimating sizes. Was originally quoted $48-$58 a month for the unit I needed it for. They quoted me a tall closet size. Thinking it’s lie the closet in my condo. They were completely wrong. But the young guy working was able to get it sorted out for me.. costed a bit more than what I got quoted for & reserved but works out in the end.

hard to say anything truly negative or truly positive. I was calling around asking questions while looking for a place to store my items during a move. the guy the picked up the phone sounded pissed that someone called his business at all. All his answers were gruff, short, and unhelpful. I won’t use this business, but I can’t speak to the actual storage facility.

i booked a truck for 12pm， i contacted if i could come an pick it up. They said its ready early but lied to me. I went back and forth being told my truck was taken. Then I waited till my time， they still said my truck is not available. They lied twice.

Excellent and professional service. I had a super smooth, cheap, and honest deal for my U-Haul rental. Definitely recommend for van rentals at a good rate.

My experience with KW Storage is top notch 10/10. Mr. Harry and his wife are the nicest people you can meet. I felt like Mr. Harry was just an old friend each and every time I needed into my unit. Big City convenience, Small Town Friendly service. Thank you Sir!

I have been a customer of KW Safe storage for 15 years. The storage lockers are affordable and available in all sizes. The owner, Harry, is a great person that will work with you to fill your needs whether that be: moving, storage/locker size, financial and/or flexibility with hours of access. It's a secure/safebuilding. The customer service and flexibility has made me a loyal customer for 15 years. I did not receive the same experience at other storage facilities in the area which is why i came to KW Safe Storage and havent looked back. I highly recommend Kw Safe Storage.

I definitely made the right choice by using KW Safe Storage. The entire staff was very friendly and made the process of moving all my things in extremally easy and convenient. Their hours are 10-4 however, they will work with you to make sure they're available when you need them to be. The facility is clean and secure with many storage options available at a very reasonable price. I would recommend KW Safe Storage to anyone who is in need of storage space.

I am so grateful to Harry and KW Safe Storage!! Harry kept my belongings safe and secure for six years and is truly the kindest person to interact with. KW Safe Storage is immaculately kept. The storage spaces are dry and temperature controlled and the units and the hallways are always spotless. Over the years Harry helped me to move to a smaller unit and made paying easy, even when I was out of the country. I would honestly *much* rather store my belongings here at KW Safe Storage, rather than at a larger storage facility - You'll get a blend of safety for your sacred belongings and friendship!

KW Safe Storage's owner - Harry - is exceptional in customer service!! I used his facility for 10 years, due to selling houses, downsizing and helping my family with their life changes. I have used KW Safe Storage 3 times now. Once when I was moving across the country for a year, another time when my marriage ended, and more recently when I was selling my house. The owner was very helpful every time. He gave me good deals and helped me to feel at peace about the safety of my belongings. Once when I badly needed help he showed up at my place with a truck and moved my belongings into his storage place, and his employee has helped me to load and unload my car several times. At another time when he found out that I was having health issues he called just to chat and see if I was okay. The owner is always pleasant, always kind, always ready to help, and you can trust him.

It's just like the previous comments say. The place is not pretty,but I'm not willing to pay extra for pretty. I want my storage unit to be dry and safe.

How safe can one of the 24hr mini store places be? If the owner is not there - who knows who is lurking around. KW Safe Storage is locked up tight when the boss isn't there.

And at the these prices, I'm sold on these guys.

Pretty cheap - definitely home - made type storage. Dingy inside but the owners/operators are decent to deal with from what I remember. Accessible only during the day. They have guard dogs etc. Your stuff is safe like the business name says. Downside - little parking to load/unload and have to go up/down stairs but I think the owner even helped me with a few things.
