Well let's start by saying go and look at these units first before you buy online
Every heavy rain they flood with water very visible and was told that happens often
That's one issue

The Indian lady working seemed ok and helpfull at first wrong
I ordered online went the next day to see unit questioned the water issue so she said I will give you same unit size same $ amount with the free month and all in same building just at opposite end OK so put my lock on it 👍
Get a phone call next day dictateing I would have to pay 10 $ more and no free month after what we agreed to night before and was rushing to have signed
I said hold on I call the shots here and for you going back on your word and being demanding I said if you can't honor what you told me then cancel and return my money
Then calling the next day again demanding I come and take the lock
I said lady I work and im at work now I just can't drop everything for you and I have no access and you close at 530 I won't make it by then so I said cut it off don't care 5$ lock

I'm so glad I didn't take this unit main reason all the water it's visible the ground is washing away in spots

Go look at this place before you rent if you want it then rent on line but remember it floods often

I should also point out this is the Georgetown location on Armstrong Ave im not speaking for all of them just this one

Cleary this is not a lien unit as stated in photos you can see someone's crusty fingers touching things in the unit by law if the unit is actually lien the previous owner has up until last second to reclaim there stuff and if that's the case I don't think they would appreciate you touching there stuff definitely some shady business going on here that should be investigated

Within a few months, your rate increases 30%+. The gate/keypad often didn't work, and I didn't even get a response when emailing staff to alert them to this. The grounds are barely maintained, so be prepared to be stepping in and out of mud while loading / unloading. I arrived one day and all the units across the aisle from ours had the ground caved in with no notice to adjacent units of what was going on. And prepare for all your stuff to come back with stink bugs in it.

This Storage Facility is in central location in Georgetown within easy reach to the Main Road. All the units are neat and clean. Before renting the unit at StorageMart, Georgetown, I visited three other Self Storage Facilities in Brampton and the prices at StorageMart, Georgetown is 30% to 50% Cheaper from all other Facilities.
Just want to commend Ms. Prabh for her customer dealing skills. She is very soft spoken, knowledgeable, friendly and helped me efficiently to finalized the unit. Thanks again for her help.

This location is very well maintained, units are kept very clean and are priced competitively which allows you to get a larger unit compared to other storages. The facility manager Prabh is highly professional and efficient, she will help you with any issues you may have concerning your storage needs, rain or shine, she makes sure to provide customer service of the highest quality.

We have recently rented an unit for storage. The process was very smooth and PRABH the representative at our location is super helpful, she walked through the whole process and also cleaned the unit before we moved in. Everything was transparent and worth the price.

The customer service person Prab is very good. She cleaned the snow from unit. She is very friendly. She got me a wooden platform so that my content is safe from any kind of water damage.
