My experience with storage mart was excellent. the staff there is friendly and well trained experienced and knowledgeable, quick and fast with helping to access with the necessary needs. 555 trerhewey dr.
What can we say???? Storage mart at Tretheway Dr. is the best storage facility my girlfriend and I've ever used. The drive-up access to the units is incredibly convenient for loading and unloading, our house belonging. The property is always clean and well-lit. I also really appreciate the high-level security features, like the coded gate access. Nikki the manager AMAZING. We feel completely confident that our items were safe here. Thank you for making this a stress-free experience!
My Father had an excellent experience with 555 Tretheway Dr.. From the moment he walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, especially manager Nikki who helped him find the perfect-sized unit for my needs. The facility is spotless, well-lit, and the security features, like the gated access and on-site maintenance, provided complete peace of mind. Access was always convenient, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of a reliable, secure, and customer-focused storage solution. This place is AMAZING! My mother came here for a storage unit. I was worried about not being able to accompany her, as I normally do, as I had to go out of province for work. A friend of mine had recommended this place, and I am so glad that she did. My mother said that the manger there was soooooo kind, professional, helpful, and very respectful!! She said her name was something like Nicki or Nicole.
My mom was very which pleased, which is very impressive, because it really takes a lot to impress her lol. All jokes aside, 10/10 rating from top to bottom, and I would recommend this place to anyone!

Highly recommend this team has been amazing and way above my expectations. Ashley, Nicki and Renee were very pleasant during every one of my visits.
The people there were very polite, especially Ashley who helped me out through the whole thing, she was very sweet and easygoing. The place has one of the best prices and I’m super satisfied with them. Super recommended 🥰

It’s like, there is a lack of communication and understanding and misinformation being given throughout my experience here. Charges keep changing and timelines keep changing after one deal has been made. I’m honestly annoyed. All the information should be given and stay the same upon getting a unit.
The manager there and another black lady are always so helpful and generous with information. Very nice experience I’ve had renting with them so far.

The lady at the front desk was very nice answered all the questions and patient . The storage unit itself can use some work as it is very dirty & there is almost no trolly to help load your things into the unit and have to make multiple trips up and down

I had a wonderful experience at the storage unit, thanks to Stacy. She was incredibly kind and generous, going out of her way to ensure I had the perfect unit to suit my needs. Stacy made sure I had the right size and was very attentive to all my requirements. Her excellent customer service made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate her professionalism and care. I highly recommend this place!
Despite my arriving extremely late to sign the papers for my unit, Stacey stayed behind past 6 p.m. to help me and show me to my unit. She was very kind and professional. I’m so thankful for her outstanding customer service and truly believe she deserves a promotion or to be considered for a managerial role because she is just amazing! Thank you, Stacey for your kindness and understanding :)

I emailed the address given in their reply on November 29th with proof of the double charge, and still haven't heard back. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Upon closer inspection, the walls of the units are thin drywall and there's a crack in the bottom of mine. Not very secure. I'll be moving my stuff out soon and going back to U-Haul storage.

Just moved into my unit, bought a mattress cover, saw my payment showed "approved" on the debit machine. Lady at the counter said it was declined. I figured I was mistaken, and no receipt was printed to show otherwise. She charged me again. After I loaded up my unit, I saw the notification from my bank showing 2 withdrawals of the same amount at the same time. I showed her and she said it was declined on her screen. I showed her my bank account showing 2 charges of the same amount. She took my phone, started swiping around, then showed me some code that supposedly proved the payment was declined even though nothing said "declined" or "failed". It was just some garbled message. I figured I'd wait a day to see if one of the charges gets reversed, but I looked at my account just now and the same screen she showed me now shows both payments clearly went through. I was charged twice for one product, and wasn't given any receipts. I'm moving from Hamilton and can't just come back to North York tomorrow, and I'm not convinced I'd be getting my $13.56 back anyway since I have no receipt. It's their word against mine.
My first impression isn't great. She was nice and helpful at first, but I can't afford to just hand companies free money. It's not like that $13 is going into her pocket so I don't know why there's any need to gaslight me out of that money. We'll see if I stick around. Might fork out the higher monthly fee for a U-Haul unit, just for the security of knowing I'm not being robbed to help someone's boss's bottom line.
I'll change my review if I happen to have this charge reversed by my bank tomorrow. But even if I manage to get a refund from storagemart for this, my trust in them is non-existent.

Was in today to get a parking spot for my dad. The service and professionalism that we received was amazing 5 starts all they thank you so much for your help.
