Awesome staff and facilities

Used Acceptable Storage for two year for my 5th wheel and was very happy with their facilities. 24/7, 365 access. Access roads always cleared quickly of snow.

Wash bay is convenient with easy access and rodent control was excellent. No mouse droppings or nests in the spring.

Very good security thanks to the access control, high fences, cameras everywhere, and the owner watches the compound.

Cost is lower than similarly equipped storage sites that we checked out.

Overall was very happy with Acceptable Storage and highly recommend this business, particularly if you’re living in the central or eastern Ottawa.

I rented a small locker from this company for over two years. The pricing was great, I felt safe, and there were no rodents whatsoever! I highly recommend Acceptable Storage!

I have used Acceptable Storage over the course of the past 13 years and never have had a problem with them. I am so happy that never had I had to worry about mice or bugs getting into my belongings. I have used both inside and outside storage. I always had access to my unit no matter the depth of the snow. If anyone has a problem with this company, they should take a responsible look at what they might be doing wrong and how to fix it. I have seen people use cheap locks and one time leave stuff in the hallway in front of their locker. That is not being responsible. You should not be blaming others for your mistakes. Company name should be changed to unacceptable storage.
We had our luxury fifth wheel trailer stored there. It was placed behind the owners home, supposedly the most secure place in the storage area. Not!!!
Someone attempted to break into our vehicle and in the process destroyed our brand new electronic locking system on the door. I was not able to open the trailer to see if anything had been tampered with. We needed to take the trailer to our RV service department and have it repaired.This set us back almost $800, which unacceptable storage refused to help with.
When I asked to have the video surveillance of that area reviewed, I was told there is no video surveillance in that area. When I booked storage there I was assured there was video surveillance of all areas.
If you value your personal property do not trust these people!
I did file a police report.

I've been storing a small boat here since the summer of 2009, and I have to say I've very impressed so far with the service and overall management of AAA Acceptable Storage (4869 Bank Street South).
A professional and well-kept facility, with lots of nice touches that one wouldn't expect for a storage facility (e.g. nice wash station for boats/rvs; and even thoughtful seasonal decorations around the entrance and office.
