My daughter moved and was unable to store her crates until this month. The units are clean and secure. We moved her belongings out today and the company prorated the cost so we only paid for 4 days for the final month. Great company, great people.

My roommate and I had a great experience with Storage Mart (Westney/Ajax location). I rented a unit online at night and by the next morning I was loading the unit. Nicole was working the morning we checked in and it couldn’t have been smoother. Not only was she super helpful, she was also super easy to talk to. The whole check in process took about 10 minutes (front desk to unit). Not to mention the prices are AMAZING. I would definitely recommend them for your storage needs!

Kristina and Max were extremely helpful and had me already to go in 15 mins. They were very kind and even gave me apple juice and water :D. Honestly the easiest time I could have imagined during this move and you wouldn’t believe what you can fit in a 10ft by 10ft storage locker.

The support team and the front desk are clearly trained to misinform and confuse the customer. Rate increases take place without any heads up and their business practices are very predatory! Absolutely hate these guys!! Horrible experience so far!

I walked in today at the Ajax location on Westney and I had found a deal online. Nicole helped me fulfill the deal and the unit was great as well as friendly service. So far no complaints from me looks like a nice location with great staff.

After booking a unit online, I was greeted by a friendly team that quickly got me set up and ready to start clearing space in my home office. With a convenient location, it takes me only minutes to access those 'less frequently used' items when needed, but my office feels so much less cluttered!

Kristina and Nicole are amazing. They took their time to hear my concerns, and made sure to find the best possible solution that suited me. They are very friendly and I am so glad I came in to see them. Absolutely thrilled with their service.
