Additional Self Storage

Decided to rip up asphalt at end of season (when you actually want to go in and change your stuff in and out for the season)
Obviously it’s the last of nice weather/start of terrible weather. They started work and it’s been over two weeks of absolutely zero access to the unit.
Not one warning, no compensation. Owner lives down in Florida or something so doesn’t care at all about their tenants.
If anyone’s reading this there are cheaper units down the street 3 minutes in Heidleberg with less greedy ownership.
Very disappointing how they can hold your property from you without any warning or compensation.
Definitely wouldn’t recommend. As soon as I’m able I’ll be removing my items from this pile of shoot business.
Cheaters.
Poorly run.

I moved from Access Storage to this storage area. The main reason was price. Access Storage cost $234 a month this Storage facility $96 taxes in. The Storage unit has a concrete floor and same door as the other and I now have 24 hour access. So if your looking for a place to store your belongings I would strongly suggest you contact Additional self storage you items will be safe and you will save yourself $150 a month. My unit is 10*5.

Had storage unit for 2 years and no issues. Friendly staff, convenient location with 24 hour access, and reliable security. I was even able to prepay for many months! Thank you for making this the easiest part of our life. Would come back again if I need to.

I have only been a customer for 6 months but I more than appreciate the fact that each and every time I have entered your grounds I see how immaculate the area is. The grass is cut, the flowers tended to, and not a single cigarette butt on the ground. My storage unit was also clean. Prior to choosing Additional Storage I visited various other storage compounds but never came across one as secure, convenient, or as clean as yours. In the future if I am looking for storage I know exactly where to look first – Additional Storage.

Awesome place to store my stuff. I forgot to put my furniture on bricks/pallets and there was nothing mildewy or gross about it when I took it out. Easy to access, no animals got in, it was super easy to get my stuff in, pretty inexpensive. When I was done using it, I just called and they took care of it in seconds. They also knew my unit when I said my name, and I had never even met them. Would store my stuff here again for sure.

Best storage place in Waterloo! I moved here from another storage facility because their rates are way better, the facility is super-clean, and the drive-up access is perfect for me. I can drive right up to my unit to load or unload my stuff, without having to carry anything along hallways or in elevators. I can also come and go at any time because of the 24/7 access. I have never had a problem reaching the manager, and she has been extremely helpful whenever I've called. When I've left messages, she has returned my call within a day. I highly recommend this storage place.

Worst storage unit ever pay the extra and go to Uhaul, We were charged 20.00 a month more than the $55.00 website sale price still currently advertised. My husband said they had several break in's and had just upgraded their security. He always had a hard time getting someone to answer the phone or call him back. I called and left messages 4 weeks in a row and never got a call back but did finally got a hold of someone on week 4 to inquire about why I had not received my deposit refund I was told it would be in the mail next week because they hold my deposit for a month. I patiently waited 4 more weeks and called again only to be told it was in the mail. I told her I was told that 4 weeks ago. The representative gave me attitude told me they come from B.C and sorry about the inconvenience and promptly hung up on me.
