If I could give this place 0 or negative stars I would. Absolutely horrid damp conditions leaving a dank musk aroma in the units and an out of control mouse infestation. 1/3 of the boxes I stored in these units had mouse droppings and urine on them as well as were chewed and damaged beyond repair leading me to throw out the items I paid good money to store. When I went to talk to the manager regarding this issue they mentioned that they have traps in the corners of the halls, well CLEARLY they DO NOTHING.
I highly recommend you use a new storage facility like the self storage off Wellington near the farm boy or ANYWHERE ELSE THAN HERE

Great service and clean location

After helping out a few friends move their things out of storage, found the place to be sub par as it was infested with mouse droppings. Furniture and other possessions were destroyed. I won’t be using this place for my things and will also let friends and family know of this place. STAY AWAY!!

Place is old but will store your stuff.

Just moved in. Very happy with the large units block walls high ceilings lots of space and by far the most fair pricing around.

service is great, price is more than fair, facility is clean and well maintained. I would recommend this storage company for the surrounding area.

Fantastic service and helpful team of employees. Units I looked at were clean and the facility is well maintained. Price points seem to be better than whats out there.

Great place to have a unit excellent service good security

NOT IMPRESSED!! Was a customer for a very long time over a couple different periods. Always paid our rent on time...but why pay to store when units are infested with mice and items will just get destroyed anyway... Many items in the unit had to be thrown out anyway because they were covered in mouse urine and feces! No food in our unit! There was no reason for this.. Clearly these units are not very well sealed. Not to mention, drywall tape and mud flaking off the ceiling on our furniture.

I requested a call back from someone in charge, naturally...I never heard from anyone. I was hoping they would be willing to make it right, and even return a few months rent to help cover damaged goods. Over the years, over $13000 in storage fees, with no offer to help make it right.

We may have signed an agreement, but it was my reasonable understanding that we were getting a clean mouse free unit.
