We had a mobile unit dropped at our home, we packed it up at our leisure, they picked it up on the scheduled date and delivered it to our new house at the scheduled date. They took care in placing the vault on the driveway with blocks. Great job all around!

My couch was ruined. Covered in mold and rodent poop. Please be weary of this place. They must have a rodent and moisture problem. Super unfortunate. Furniture is so expensive these days. Edit: They did offer to have the couch professionally cleaned but I do not feel comfortable bringing previously moldy/rodent soiled fabric couch back into my home.

It made my reno so easy. Packed up a container and they pickup/store our stuff until we want it back (months later).

We had an amazing experience with this company! Wonderful customer service, clear guidelines, easy to change payment methods, absolutely expert delivery and pick-up, while manoeuvring the container into and out of a very tight spot. We needed a storage unit on our property for a few months, and this was the perfect option for us. Thank you, Riverside Storage!

I had an amazing experience renting a storage unit from Riverside Warehousing! I opted for the mobile unit that is dropped off at your place and then picked up and taken back to the warehouse. It was perfect. The unit was plenty big enough and I still had room to spare after moving all of my belongings into it. The customer experience was always great and they were quick to respond. They were also super helpful with any questions I may have had. To summarize, I HIGHLY suggest using them for your storage needs :)

As a student, I had a great experience arranging the storage of my apartment furniture etc. at Riverside. I found all the staff to be friendly, helpful and professional in all my interactions with them. The use of the trailer to move was super easy to organize and made my life a lot less stressful. Best price I could find in NB on two one-trip containers. Prompt replies communicating by email. The driver was very friendly was able to drop exactly where I needed in a challenging spot.

Started off real good but then one day the gate was open when I went to check on my stuff.....and the gate stayed open for months (all winter). No discount.... no reimbursement. Sorry but the price included a locked gate and pin code to gain access.....which was not provided. So in my book that is false advertising for overpriced storage. Won't be recommending to anyone.
