Called inquiring about a storage unit for for enough space for a large bachelor apartment, and some more furniture later on. Decided the 10x15 would be good. The woman was extremely rude, said I would need a credit card to pay for the unit, and stated “I don’t sound like I would have a credit card”. Would not recommend to anyone.
