We are pleased with our storage rental at Mini Storage…in fact we still are renting a small one in the climate controlled area. Amanda is our go to person and she is very efficient, and accommodating.Clients can enter after hours in fact 24 hours which is great..it’s very secure so worry free.

Seem good so far. Really pleasant staff person who sent things up. I had a five star rating previous, until I realized the billing practice The concern I have is the company advertises one month free or 3 months discount, its not true. They bill on a 4 week system meaning there billing year has 13 payments instead of 12 (the month they quote is 28 days) I hope customers realize before signing a contract. If you see an advertise special one month free, call them on it. Its not true. The company needs to advertise the truth 4 weeks free

Right from the start, the manager Amanda and her staff have been angels of patience, I changed my mind 3 times as to what I wanted to rent, explaining to me the scedule for monthly paiements, giving me a new code, and always with a smile. The facilities are spotless with no foul odours, the exterior is clean and well maintained.
Amanda is the person you need to contact for storage. I strongly recommend Mini Mall Storage in Cornwall.

I have a vehicle in storage here. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is an automated main gate with my own passcode which gives me a sense of security. The grounds are well kept and clean. The price is reasonable.

First of all, I had been a customer for a locker her several years back and had a locker for a couple of years and had no problem. I came back to this location because I liked the service and had no problems....So, I needed a locker again just over a year ago. There was a very nice lady who helped me. I had started with a small locker because I was a casualty of the house crisis....I realized I needed a much bigger locker and the same lady was very friendly and helpful......A few months later my locker was broken into and I was asked if I noticed anything missing and it was hard to tell because I had so much in their I had no idea what if anything was stolen.....I noticed a new lady by the name of Angela had taken over shortly after the break in. I finally got an apartment about a two months again and had been emptying my locker. Around the middle of June I spoke with Angela and asked her how long the last payment was paid too. She told me I was paid until June 30th. I told her to please not take any more payments out off my Mothers credit card because I fell behind paying my Mom for her credit card on file and that I would do my best to empty the locker before then. I told her that I would do my best to clean the locker out by then but I may need a couple extra days which I was willing to pay for cash but my Mom did not give any authority to put anything else on her credit card because I fell behind and she was pissed at me and this was causing a problem with our relationship. I also told her I was not healthy and I would pay cash for any time extra I needed to clear things out. So today is July second, two days after June 30. I called today to come and grab the last couple bags of garbage and bars I didn't have room for in my car and vacuum vacuum the glass and pay for the two days I was late. I was confronted by a very rude employee. This Angela woman who treated me very rudely. I have never in my life, and I am a very polite person been spoken too in such a demeaning and condescending attitude regarding her assurance the nothing would more be added to my mom's credit card. Keep in mind I am not typing this as I have disabilities and am terminally ill and am about to enter treatment and I postponed it so I wouldn't get charged $250 for them to clean the locker up. I was confused by the of humiliation and disrespect I was confronted with......I never in my life was broken into tears of the tone of how I was treated with the ending of lack of gratitude for never missed a payment and the way I was told I was not a customer there anymore......I called my worker and I am filing a discrimination case against Mimi Mall and especially this Angela Character who dehumanizing me because of my disability. I never in my life felt so abused by an employee anytime in my lifetime. I didn't know who this Angela is, but she is not a nice person at all. Beware of this woman at Mini Mall storage in Cornwall. Technically, I was actually one day late considering yesterday was Canada day

i have always great service and flexibility with Mini Mall Storage Cornwall. Amanda and the people there often communicate with me about different things happening... such as constructions... snow removal, to help us move our equipment, cars and boats. 5 star.

Angela was very helpful when I first went to Mini Mall. Angela showed me the first storage unit to help my daughter move here. I couldn't comprehend the size of the first unit until she showed me. I said that wouldn't fit all my daughters stuff. So Angela showed me the next size up which worked. Also there were a couple of times where I had to call about my credit card being compromised and Angela was very accommodating on the issue.
Angela is the person to go to for any questions. I am always getting emails updating me on any changes that are occurring which is very nice to see. So there hasn't been any surprises.

Needed a storage unit very quickly on Saturday and I was able to rent one via after-hours operator. Excellent customer service. I was able to access instantly. I would recommend this storage company.

By far, the easiest experience I have EVER had with renting a storage unit, and I've rented a lot in my days! Everything was done online through their website, including all signatures, payments, getting gate codes, lock codes, etc. I am very impressed and would highly recommend. I've recently took possession of my unit and have only been once, but was in and out in no time!

So far I've experienced nothing but great customer service by Amanda. She right away helped me pick the size I needed, was very clear on all.the information needed. Price was good for the size . Easy access and most important secure. GatePin to enter the lot and gatepin again when leaving. To me it gave me the satisfaction that my belongs where safe.
Amanda dear keep doing what your doing, you got such positive uplifting energy.

Cornwall Mini Storage met all my needs and requirements. They upgraded their facility to provide better security, knowing you're in good hands. The staff has always been great, polite, and has a great sense of humor. I would highly recommend them (10/10). It was a pleasure doing business with them. I would return if services are needed. The unitwas great. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was finished with my unit the end of August. I phoned and left a message to say I was vacating. I was charged for September. I missed the part of the contract asking for 10 days notice prior to ending the contract. I was hoping for some leniency. I know a contract is a a contract. I was thinking a little discretion and they could refund September. No such luck. So be aware. Other than that it was a overall good experience.

So my hubby like second nature put the lock back on the unit after clearing it out. That was the 29th. So when we saw that they took another payment 4 days later even though it was empty. We called to see why, forgetting he put the lock back on. They tell us that that's why. Instead of just giving us a call and being honest good business owners. You tell me you checked for 4 days in a row,then take out another payment, knowing we had given you proper notice you could have given us a quick call. Simple and easy. Check your cameras you knew we had moved out. Very sneaky and dishonest way to do business. That money was donated to us because we were homeless due to a flood and we lost everything. That money was to help me get beds for my children. Never will I ever do business with Cornwall mini mall storage again or recommend them. Just terrible, feeling robbed.

Reserved our 5x15’ storage space online, and was promptly followed up on phone by Amanda asking if we had any questions. We missed our original move-in date due to an issue with our u-Haul on moving day, and were easily accommodated. Had a seamless payment and had our first load in the storage within 15 minutes of showing up. Highly recommend!

Would highly recommend Mini Mall Storage! I’ve never had any issues that weren’t quickly resolved and the staff are all very friendly and professional. I always have access to my locker when I need it (with my personal code to get in after business hours) and I was able to find a locker that perfectly fits all my things.

Awful customer service. This location was closed without notice upon my moving day, so I had to scramble to find a new storage facility. I was issued a refund, after multiple separate calls and emails, but still was charged a nominal fee for a service I was unable to even use!

Save yourself time and energy, use the uHaul storage on the other end of Cornwall. It is easier to access, safer to use, and the customer service is infinitely more professional.

Arrived and found the storage unit quickly. There was plenty of room for the UHAUL Truck to back in and unload. The space was clean and dry, despite the rain outside. Booking was simple and straightforward. Insurance available.

The renting went well all done online. The gate always worked day or night. The units were clean. the first unit they had a great deal with one month free. The second unit was provided on a short notice and again was easy to rent and clean.

When i rented the 10 x 20 it was great, then i moved to a 10 x 10,
There are mouse droppings everywhere, the door does function properly, and i did point it out and was told it would be fixed. It was not.
I have recently explored other places in Cornwall that have much more to offer at far less price.
Even the overpriced insurance will not cover what happens here.Renters BEWARE !
And the prices I see on the website are far more upon signing.

Recently rented s storage unit and so far everything has been great. Set up and payment is fast and convenient. I was shown a nice clean indoor unit that made me feel secure about renting there. Excellent customer service.

Angela provided me with great service. She is friendly and has a genuine and comforting presence when she speaks to her customers. She’s great!

Fair pricing, same day service, and the incredible help from staff has made my move so much easier. Angela listened to what my needs were, went over unit sizes, and gave a couple suggestions that really made my choice a no brainer.

I’m so glad I decided to store my important belongings with Mini Mall Storage in Cornwall. I appreciated the fact that was able to speak to someone in person and not by telephone.
