When you don't have easy to see monthly rates. I can't be bothered to send for a quote and wait. I want to know now. Have your rates posted and not cryptic to get too...lost a potential customer. This is the age of , if I have to look more then 8 seconds, I'm gone. That's the attention span of internet searchers

Felt incredibly safe going there at any hour.
Clean, spacious hallways, well lit
Good temperature control
All in all, I highly recommend their indoors lockers

Safe, secure, clean and temp controlled spaces. New facilities, very well monitored, prices are reasonable too.

Unit is clean and easily accessible. Carts are always available. No sign of rodents ever. I’m glad they cleared out a number of abandoned vehicles.

I was calling for information and the receptionist was very rude( right from the get go) about me being confused on the size of storage I would need. I politely told her I wasn’t sure thinking she was going to give me options so I could go off of that, but she Rudley said” is it for like a 1 bedroom apartment or a 4 bedroom house” that information helped me immensely cause then it clicked, but she got so impatient so quickly, that it totally threw me off. Then she said there was no starage that she had available and left me not knowing if I should hang up first or if she was.

Had two insurance claims in 5 months on our motorhome. First one the guy parked next to us hit our vehicle and we didn't know about it till we went to check on our motorhome. Second one someone tried to break into it and wrecked the door and again we did not know about it till we happened to go over there. Raised the rates recently and still no real security or accountability.

Would give less than a star is possible. Items go missing, poorly managed, customer service is not great. Lady in the office is rude and short with customers. Boss is stubborn and won't work with you on anything. When he doesn't get his way he forces you to grab all your stuff that day and won't refund you for your time or missing items. Even tried to hold my items hostage because he wanted to breach the rental agreement we signed. Overall bad experience and wouldn't recommend them.

A nice plus is this place gives you none of the sketchy vibes common in the industry. The admin area is clean and tasteful staffed by polite and knowleable folk.

Prices appear to be mid range. The free cube van for move-in is a nice touch. Units are clean and the security protocols are good.

i needed some space and went to the waverley one. Matt helped me out and showed me a locker and it was so clean. a big difference to the other places i visited. very pleased and will return
