I had an excellent experience at Fort Know. I needed a secure place to store a U-Haul overnight on very short notice, and after struggling to find anyone open and willing to accommodate, I was fortunate to come across this facility. Monique was incredibly kind and understanding—she could sense how stressed I was and went out of her way to help. She even said she would stay past closing time if I could not make it before the closing hour.

The facility itself is fully gated and secure, which gave me peace of mind about the contents of the U-Haul I was parking overnight. The level of service and care Monique provided was outstanding, and I greatly appreciated her willingness to go above and beyond. I highly recommend this storage facility.

Terrible service. Prices have almost doubled over the last year, with no explanation. Company overcharges for late fees. Not to mention vehicle damage that happens from the tar across the fence in the next lot. Would not recommend.

With both heated indoor storage and outside for RVs cars etc I have used both for several years with issues. Good customer service ,very secure fair pricing
