Contacted Totem Storage on Friday, February 12th about shredding 20+ bankers boxes of sensitive documents for our office. Jason called us back immediately and arranged for a 9am pick up on Monday, February 15th. Service was friendly, fast and professional. My husband Jason and I are current renters at Totem Storage. They are friendly and easy to rent a unit from. Our key broke on in our lock near closing time. The young lady on duty was quick to come and assist us. The broken key was easily removed from the lock. Our unit is well maintained. It is quiet and secure.
