Customer service at this Public Storage is great. The staff are very friendly and transparent about all the costs and details. The facility appears well managed and clean and I look forward to using it as my storage space.

The staff are patient, kind, and easy to get a hold of! My family and I have been renting here for some time now; and so far our experience has been nothing but positive. Their rental system is quite easy and the building is overall clean. Great staff & service!

The young lady who works there is awesome. She is kind and helpful. She helped us find the right sized room. I like that they have a cat to control mice.

Today I shut down accounts at two storage places. The experience could not have been more different. The folks at Public Storage are friendly, attentive and helpful. The policies are user friendly and the experience was great.

Isabella was equaly curtious but Nathaie went above and beyond to make my first experience with Public Storage,l above my expectation. Great job! Public Storage was very convenient and affordable. I felt my stored items were safe. Access to the locker was easy. The staff was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. This was my first time using a storage facility and I will definitely use them again if needed.

Great experience visiting the storage at New Westminster. The staff is also very friendly and will explain you the process in a very easy and understandable way. Should consider this store for sure.

The process was easy and simple, does take a bit of time. Customer service was excellent. Took the time to show me a few options. Everything was clean, moving supply options in the store were very reasonably priced, including the lock I purchased. They go over the contract in detail so you are well aware of what you are signing. Took a 3 month, 50% off option that is perfect for my short term need.

We delt with Natalie to get our storage unit at Public Storage. She was very knowledgeable and efficient in this process. We chose PS because of its easy access to New Westminster, BC.

The service was great. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The pricing, procedures and rules for accessing my stored items was upfront and clear. And some extra kudos for accommodating my uncertain arrival date, as I was transporting my stuff across country.

If you are lucky enough to get Ken who works Thursday and Saturday then you've hit the jackpot!!! He is beyond nice, very informative, won't give u garbage for information and his years of experience shows. They have a good man there and the company would do well to keep him there for as long as he is happy and content. Thank you Ken for all your help in these trying times! Wish there were more like you.

We rented a locker from Public Storage on Stewart's Way for two years. They keep the place clean, rodent free and easily accessed. The management and staff are always helpful and friendly.

I've used Public Storage in the past and I come back for the good service and convenient locations. Isabelle, the friendly and experienced manager, made signing up a breeze and made sure I knew how everything worked and that my key and access code were working. She explained every detail of the policies and charges so there would be no surprises when the promotional price ended - I appreciate having all the numbers up front so I can plan my move!

Isabelle the manager was very helpful in meeting our storage needs . She found the best unit close to the door and gave us the best promotion that applied . The facilities were clean and secure . I am very happy storing my stuff here .

Great experience! Drove up with a car load of boxes, Isabelle showed me a bunch of units and offered great suggestions and told me about their new customer promos. Ken was helpful with setting up my account and within 15 or so mins I unloaded and drove off! Quick, efficient and super nice staff! Thanks so much, glad I chose this location!

I recently had to upgrade to a larger storage locker. The manager Isabelle was very helpful and made the whole experience quite enjoyable! The space is also very clean and well maintained.

Isabelle and her staff are kind, friendly, and, fun. They will support you with promotions when possible and keep a very clean, welcoming space.

Excellent staff to deal with, very courteous helpful and a pleasure to speak with. Facility was nice and clean the units have 10 ft ceilings. I would recommend using them again.

Great service at this location from Isabelle. I had visited PS at Kinross St Vancouver. But when I came to Stewardson Isabelle greeted me as I walked into the Office. She gave me all the information I needed so that I could decide on the square footage I needed. She showed me spaces. I reserved a 10x10 and I signed up for a pre rental. I have used the PS New West for more than 12 year. All the staff is highly efficient, always ready to help (thank you Faith). The storages units are very well maintained and safe.
