We rented a truck from here yesterday and had a really wonderful experience with this company!! It’s really a great deal to move yourself. These trucks are very economical!!

I use this location over all others as it is by far one of the best for customer service and super friendly and helpfulness. These folks go the extra mile for their customers, therefore I drive the extra mile to give them my business. I give 5 stars because they don’t offer 10! Thanks for your great service!

Unfortunately after receiving less than par service at another Uhaul dealer, I made the 45 min drive south and was warmly welcomed by Tammy and Mark. These owners are what any facility should strive to even be half of. Great welcome, very helpful, no BS, just great service, even offered me a coffee!! Definitely worth the drive for any Uhaul needs as well as storage needs. Very well organized facility. Thank you! I'll definitely be back.

PS, if you get the trailer dirty, it helps to stop off at the pressure washer like I did, they might offer you a cookie next time 😉

Tammy is brilliant, a nice beautiful refuge in a world where customer service is going to hell everywhere. I got screwed by the main uhaul dispatch. Tammy went out of her way to help in anyway she could, even though my reservations got sent to other places on the island.

Best Uhaul location I have ever dealt with. Managers at this location truly care about the customers and make sure that the contracts are proper and customers are paying the price they booked at, not more. After bad experiences at other locations, Nanaimo Mini Storage has always helped me make things proper.
