This is a small facility with a limited number of units for rent but the prices are the best in town & the staff are great. Sophie has gone 'above and beyond' to accommodate us more than once. This would be a five-star rating if the access hours were better. Thank you McCallum Mini Storage and a HUGE thank you to Sophie! You rock and are worth more than they're paying you!!!

I've revoked the 4th star I had originally awarded because they have raised the rates (including my rent for a locker I have been renting for over a year now) to the point where it's no longer a bargain and haven't offered any benefit to justify the increase. Also, Sophie no longer works here. Big loss for McCallum!

I was in stall #20. I had a very good experience here. Very friendly, helpful staff. I never had any problems at all. I would definitely do business here again.

Great location and easy access to the highway for camping on Vancouver Island or to Duke Point Ferry to the mainland and beyond. Cost is comparable to others. We have used this service for over a year with no complaints. However extended hours would be helpful. . Staff member Ashton is a huge asset to their company with his customer service skills and willingness to help and always in a pleasant manner.

Terrible management, almost auctioned of all my belongings! They will not contact you if your payment does not go through. I had updated my credit card information in person with an employee at their Nanaimo location . Apparently he was a bad employee and was fired after I had updated my information. Once I found out my belongings were listed for auction ( from the local news paper ) I tried to reason and explain my situation with the current staff only to be accused of being a lier . Their staff was rude and disgusting. Do not store your belongings at this establishment or you will be at risk of loosing all your belongings. If I could give a lower rating I would.

Property damaged with no compensation after break in and during removal of a derelict boat they hit my boat n trailer breaking a leaf pack and slashed tire. Hours are short and overpriced compared to 24/7 gated access storage lots

Great employees! Both employees were awesome at booking uhauls. Always had smiles on there faces! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking into renting a uhaul or storage space !
