We used Kavco for short-term storage of our art, antiques, china & crystal, and out-of-season items when we first moved to Vancouver. The locker was great, as it came with built-in shelving for all our "stuff." I had no qualms about storing these high-value items, as the facility felt very secure. Be forewarned that there isn't an elevator, so you'll need a first floor locker for that upright piano. Also, the facility is closed Sunday and open only until 2:00 PM on Saturday. If we still lived in North Vancouver, I'd still be using Kavco.
