Annacis Lock-Up Self Storage

Annacis Lock-Up Storage were really good. They gave me a fair price to store my car in a gated and secure compound and were no fuss throughout my travels abroad. They were flexible and easy going and the office staff always seem happy to help. I had a flat tire on retrieving my car and one of the staff helped me pump it up and got me going. I would recommend to anyone and happily use their facilities again. They also have a good closed storage area too, prices also seems really good for a huge and well maintained 5 x 8 lock up.

Annacis lock-up storage facility is the best storage facility that l have ever seen. Friendly and competent staff, l felt safe leaving the contents of my home there. It's also very clean.
A special thank you to Faydra for being so helpful. She was so nice to me. Moving across the country is nerve wracking! Thank you for making it easier.

The team at Annacis are laterally a Godsend.
I had a few vehicles delivered to the port and was completely unprepared to receive them all at once being out of province.
Faydra, was able to get me space for all of them while I worked out the logistics of moving them to the next province.

I got a storage unit that is really big at Annacis Lock-Up. I had 2 large units at UHaul on SE Marine Drive. During the pandemic with people struggling financially, UHaul decided to raise their monthly rates by $10 for each of my 2 units. I got the one at Annacis that could put all the stuff from 2 units into 1 and it saves me $100.00 per month. Staff are great, helpful, and friendly. I am so happy there.

Annacis Lock-up is an excellent choice for both outside parking storage, and inside locker storage. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the yard and building are kept tidy.

I have had a storage place here since jan 2023. Not only the buildings and the storages are spotless but the people are incredible. Professional friendly and helpful staff. I am constantly impressed. Thank you!

The staff at Annacis Lock-Up are helpful and understanding.Their storage fees are fair and reasonable. My husband stored his 20’ container there for 11 years. When he developed dementia I took over managing his monthly payments, and the storage personnel were very accommodating. six months ago we cleaned the unit; it took months. Again Annacis Lock-up were great in suggesting how to sell it, and how the new owner could remove the SeaCan. The site is well run, easily accessible and very secure.

We have just finished renting two storage units here (no longer needed them) and have been very impressed with the service and facilities, from start to finish. The storage units were very clean, the building is well maintained, safe and easy to access. The on-site carts and dollies were a bonus! The staff has been terrific - knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with. If we ever need rental storage units again, they will be our first call! Highly recommend.

The facility is amazingly clean and organized. There are always carts available at the doors where you load/unload and easy to navigate throughout the building. They take pride in the facility no doubt! Wonderful customer service and support whenever I needed their assistance and the on-site team is always very friendly when you encounter then during visits.

Dwayne is top drawer hands down !! I was only here renting a spot for 18 months but all the staff are super friendly but more importantly helpful. The gate and lights were always in good working order. Also for the area the price was very competitive...
