Our place flooded last October while we were away during an atmospheric river event. Aldergrove Mini Storage was instrumental throughout the process of moving out, repair work and moving back in. Having a one-stop-shop down the street for storage and Uhual van rentals helps immensely. We have rented 4 vans, both in person and using the Uhaul app and will continue doing so if we need one again the future.

I asked for an additional 4-day grace period, but they insisted on full payment for the entire month. They could charge for a week or 50% but no they want full month payment . The problem in Canada isn't just about politicians; it's also about the relentless greed of companies.

I was there first time on 20 November for renting a unit. The staff is very friendly and I felt family experience over there. The property is well managed and structured as well as it is cleaned and maintained properly. The renting price are reasonable. I did not booked any appointments and I was there and they helped me a lot. I really appreciate your service.

Aldergrove Mini Storage is a very clean properly. Staff is very friendly and easy to deal with. It is located at 264th street, a perfect place. They helped me to move in and provided me all the needed information.

I reserved a unit back in April before my move to the coast when I arrive they tell me nothing was reserved for my furniture. I am now in a panic so they give me an 8x8 unit charge me $194 $40 security deposit. I am now moving out of the unit and they tell me I must give one months notice what the heck quite the surprise I must give notice in the Interior you don't need to give notice. She tells me they going to charge me a full months rent for lack of notice. This was never mentioned to me when I first arrived on April 21 2020 . Today April they went and tried my CC for another $194 my unit should be less than the price as I was quoted $150ish so why are they taking out another $194. Office manager said she would be OK if I paid a half months rent since I am moving my furniture out May 1 2020 Won't ever use them again poor communication on the office manager. I should have read the reviews before I booked with this place live and learn.

My personal experience with Jack has always been positive! He is reasonable and honest. Have not rented at the storage but have helped friends there and its always good. I have used the uhaul end and that has been fabulous (expensive, but always exactly what was said it would be and there were no unpleasant surprises! Good safe compound that is dry and secure.

I made an appointment and I told them I was coming from Vancouver (over the toll bridge) to sign the contract and 15 minutes before the appointment I get a text message. Not even a real phone call. A text message saying that they had rented the unit already. If you liked being disrespected then I wholeheartedly recommend that you place your faith in this company.
