We moved from Ontario to Lethbridge back in October and needed a place to store our trailer—fast! This company responded incredibly quickly, which was such a relief during a hectic move. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful throughout the entire process. On top of that, they offered great deals that really helped keep costs down. We felt completely comfortable leaving our trailer there—the facility is secure, well-kept, and gave us total peace of mind. Highly recommend if you’re looking for secure storage with top-notch service! 5 Stars for StorageMart!!!

Never ever do I ever leave these things but my mom had a place here and I had to go close it out cause I'm moving her but at the time I was doing it my older sister was in the hospital and dying I was so stressed I couldn't go see her and when I was cleaning out the storage a younger girl that worked there came walking by doing her checks and stopped to ask if I was okay cause I was in tears she talked to me like a human being which is hard nowadays people are so negative her name was Zoey I believe I hope I'm not wrong but God bless her sweet soul to just stop and even just ask if I was okay

I just started using this facility and before I went in to rent one I had a wonderful lady named Zoey call me and had me come in and she help me with everything I needed answered all my questions and took the time to make sure I understood everything through out the process! She was very friendly, knowledgeable and personable!! It's a breath of fresh air to know there's still customers service agents of her caliber! I ended up renting a unit and will be using it for a minute!

Bishop was extremely helpful, showed us the units and helped us find a unit that was affordable and will fit everything we need, he was extremely informative also and just really nice person!
