Easy to access location, easy to drive up, customer service was great. When we arrived we were pretty irritated (as moving and reorganizing tends to be stressful), Farha was attentive, quick and read the situation accurately. She noticed we were stressed, her words were calming and she took us to our unit right away. She let us look it over and gave us time before showing us the paperwork which was helpful bc I probably wouldn’t have even read what I was signing when I first showed up.

Farha was kind, calming and bubbly enough to have a very stressed couple leave with smiles and shared laughter. Thank you Farha.

Had a wonderful experience today with Anna at the Storage Mart in Millrise/Shawnessy. Unit is easily accessible, very secure and the hours of access are very convenient. Rates were great. I will recommend this place for your storage needs over and over again! We had to move our whole house into storage due to closing dates not perfectly aligning. When we arrived, we had the pleasure of meeting Anna, who helped us secure the unit we got online and also helped us secure an additional unit so we did not have to play tetris. Anna was extremely nice, friendly, and helpful. She explained everything very thoroughly and took a lot of the stress away from the whole ordeal so we could just focus on moving. We were back the next day to grab some things and she checked in to ask how everything was going. Thank you again Anna you are an awesome human being!

Exceptional service at this location. My family has used this location for years. I want to give a personal shout out to Anna who helped me find the best unit to fit my storage needs. The property is well maintained whenever I popped in. The move in process was easy, as well as payment. Anna has great communication skills - always friendly and personable to me as well as my dad who also rented from this same location.

I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience with StorageMart and specifically with Anna. My husband usually deals with these things, so I was a little nervous on how to get all set up. But Anna walked me through the whole process explain how billing worked, how the units and lot were set up, what security looks like, how the insurance works, and answered every little question I had even if I thought it was silly. I'm for sure sending any of my mom friends who are a little apprehensive about this stuff to Anna for any of their storage needs to. Thank you for making this so easy.

Just went in to check out storage rates still unsure as to where l wanted to go. Met with the office personel (Anna), she explained all my options very thoroughly and explained the pricing. She was extremely helpful and very informative with regards to my options. The facility is very accessible and pricing very competitive. In fact, l was able to get the anniversary pricing for the next few months. It is definitely worth a look and guaranteed that Anna will help make up your mind for you!
