I had a great experience with Sentinel. The staff were very helpful and accommodating and the storage space met my needs perfectly.

Super friendly and efficient staff at the Bowridge location. This is my first time renting a storage unit and they made it easy and straightforward even with a system difficulty. The units are all clean and seem to be regularly repainted/maintained. No moisture or bugs, lots of cameras, and I feel good about the safety of what I have stored in cardboard boxes.

I Got astorage rented at bowness area and Betty at the front desk it's a Gem ! She help me to get the right size storage and with 100% positive attitude.... will recommend anytime! I'll be back to rent here again.

The staff were fabulous.. very helpful.. walked with me to show me how to use the security system.. show me the unit.. the floor had just been painted.. the building was clean and secure.. I would use Sentinel again if I needed.. and would recommend them to anyone

We made a move from a 2100 square foot home to a 742 square foot condo. We were unwilling to make decisions on what was not coming with us so Sentinel Storage provided a reprieve from decision making until we were more settled and willing to undertake the decision. If you are struggling with a decision on what to keep and what to go - rest on it and store your stuff for a little while. A move is traumatic, store your stuff until you’re in a more solid state of mind.

I had a very good experience with storing my items here! From setting up my account via phone, follow-up from management regarding my how my service was, all was great. It was easy to setup the locker, and access my items throughout the year. Should I need this service again, I would not hesitate in returning. Thank you!

She stayed late to help us get into the unit. She was knowledgable, incredibly helpful, kind, professional, and her service was exceptional in every way. Ask for Betty, she's the best!

This was our first time renting a storage unit. Sentinel Storage has very reasonable prices, but the most important thing is that their customer service is top notch. They are very responsive and will take care of any issues we may experience. If we ever need a storage facility again, we'll definitely go back to Sentinel Storage - Calgary West.

Very clean and feels safe. I was disappointed with the lift system. There was only one lift for a large area. Both times I was there we couldn’t use the lift until almost all the stuff was loaded in or out.

Sentinel at Calgary West were truly amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. When I arrived I was provided a tour of the facility and given all relevant information.

I went to the location in Bowness, Calgary, Alberta. The staff was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and helpful, particularly Tamara who went out of her way to find a unit that was easily accessible ,as I am a senior and have some mobility issues. Kudos to Tamara and all the staff. The location was clean, the unit was easy to find, dollies were readily available and accessible, corridors clean and easily navigated. Thanks to all for making a stressful situation doable.

Rented a 10'×20' heated storage for 4 weeks as they had a promo for first 4 weeks free. No complications or hidden fees and awesome service from Betty and Jane when it came to ending the 4 weeks service!

I work for a restoration company & we've used Sentinel Storage West a few times for our clients contents while repairs were being completed. Clean accessible units, very competitive pricing, and the staff is amazing. We will absolutely be returning.

I used Sentinel for over 10 years while living abroad and they've always provided the best service. Their staff are friendly and helpful, and whenever I came to visit my unit, the facility was always clean and well looked after. Highly recommend these guys!

I originally though they were fantastic a bit pricier than other places( after initial deal I was almost paying $200 a month for it, had it not been so much I would of been able to afford to go pick it up at least 8 months ago but I was just paying to keep the unit) but I read good reviews about it originally (over 1yr ago but also noticed alot of website reviews are purposely highlighting the 5 star ones and TrustPilot and google have been the most honest) and the staff originally were so kind and understanding when I had to abandon my unit because I lost my job and where I lived and I'm now homeless while I was going to college too. My friend did pay and picked up 1/2 my stuff but I had to leave half my unit there because not enough room and did reassure its okay. I was planning on going back to get the other half another trip without her knowing about it because I didn't want to worry her about it but I underestimated how much it would cost to go from province to another with the cost of everything. My bed, sewing fabric and other items i was using for craft projects (making a indoor gardening stand). I did call when I couldn't afford it (used all my savings that I wasn't using for college and kept paying for a couple months which lead me to being homeless now) and signed everything I could for abandoning it and now I'm getting calls that its no longer valid or not enough days have passed and the amount of days changed a couple of times and was told to call a certain day and the manager is not even there. they were very adamant about the online review and did give them a good review but now I wouldn't recommend them, It feels like they were waiting for the google review first and the calls are constant reminder of what I'm losing which may not be much to ppl but it was the 1st mattress I could afford (I've always been part of the poorest of the poor even when working 2 jobs and about 16 hrs a day. so a 15inch memory foam mattress that I spent a couple years saving up for and losing may not seem like alot to other but it was my 1st item I spoiled myself with and each call is a horrible reminder of what I'm losing!!!.

I honestly feel like I'm in a movie, I was ready to abandon my unit because of hard times and couldn't afford it anymore and the Manager Tamara reached out to her Regional Managers Gina and Calvin and they have been so understanding of my situation and that I can pick up. I don't have words to explain how grateful, it honestly feels like a movie because this stuff doesn't normally happen only in movies or rare situations you see on the news! THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!!!The 5 star system is not high enough rating system for what this team has done, they have gone above and beyond even when I didn't think they were!!!! But I was so wrong Tamara and her team really do treat you like family and I wish I could put the emotions feeling right now into this post for those reading this review to understand how amazing this Team and Location is and how the amazing there regional managers are!!! I will only recommend this company to anyone in the future!!!
I appreciate everything you guys have done especially with how difficult times are and that there is still a company out there that care for/understand those that most would look past!!!

In sum, Sentinel has everything I need for offsite storage. Facility is well above the flood plain, locker size is exactly the size needed, secure entry and exit, well lit, good delivery and take-away facilities. Gil and Charlene are most personable and a pleasure to deal with.
