Very friendly and informative staff manager, very good prices and a number of storage unit styles available. They have good incentives (winter time at time of reviewing.) My needs required constant heat, light and power so this was not a good fit for me. This is not 24/7 access, so if you stay past their closing time you are locked in until the next day…many locations are available. Not all locations have the units advertised on the website and prices vary quite a bit between locations.
Excellent customer service! Support staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I’m so happy I chose this storage facility to store my vehicle in for the winter!
Andrea was very helpful in helping me find a storage unit that was perfect for me!
I filled it up and I still have room for more!
Thank you Andrea & Sentinel Storage.

I had a great experience with the two girls working at Sentinel storage. They took the time to review a few options with me and allowed me to view the space to confirm which I needed. They also helped me navigate a new type of lock I was unfamiliar with. I would happily recommend them / this storage facility to others.
The location is very accessible and easy to locate. Facilities were clean and secured. The manager Andrea, was very pleasant, courteous and helpful in every way. Would recommend that you look for her for anything related to storing. All my inquiries and transactions were a bliss. Will recommend to all!
Great experience at this location! The staff is super friendly and helpful, especially the manager who made everything easy. Plus, their promos are fantastic and really affordable. Highly recommend!
The Glenmore Sentinel Storage provided me with excellent service for many years.
The staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful when needed. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I was moving from a different province and decided on Sentinel storage for my interim needs. I needed to store my items for a few weeks. The management and team at Sentinel Glenmore was very helpful and gracious. The unit itself was easily accessible and clean. There are rolling flatbeds onsite to assist, which was really great (I was working alone) and very secure - had a locked gate and cameras. I would recommend Sentinel to anyone who's in between homes and need storage.
This place was really easy, smooth and straightforward. I rented a unit at the Glenmore location on Oct 22nd and the staff who were just about to close were so friendly and lovely, we had an amazing experience. The staff were seriously phenomenal and so helpful. We left super happy. These folks need a raise!
John and Kevin at the Chinook area location we're extremely accommodating.
These guys were fun to talk to and did whatever they could to make me feel welcome and find me the service that suited me best.
First month free, that is amazing.
Bottle lock and pay the admin fee still saved over 50 bucks for the first month.
You can tell the dedication John has because he's a floater and he goes from one Sentinel to another to take care of customers and relieve other employees.
So if you're lucky enough to get him at the counter you will be very pleased.

Had a great experience and excellent customer service with Diane. I only had a couple days before my move out and nowhere to store my furniture. They made the process hassle free and were so kind as to my situation. There storage units were more than enough space and with a short two weeks, I signed a new lease and was able to vacate and save me rent’s worth of storage fees. I ended up only paying for my lock and thanx to Diane and the team, I truly felt in good hands while I made accommodations. Thank you Everyone at Sentinal Storage, highly recommend your business for last minute storage needs.
First month free and cancelation is free. Neat and well organized storage facility with self access to the gate from 6am to 11pm….you can also get your moving supplies here and it’s very affordable too.The front desk staff at the office are so polite, patient and helpful. Will definitely come back if I have needs.
First and foremost I’d like to explain that I’m a fairly forgiving person. I’m not judgemental.
And certainly not easily fooled. Nor do I jump to conclusions. This is to give a much better understanding of my personality. And an outline of my personality and perception. So I needed a storage unit.
Upon phoning around whilst doing online research. I came upon sentinel storage. I gravitated towards the fact it’s a bigger named business amongst the storage locker industry.
Feeling this would lend more credibility towards authenticity and quality of experience. And DAMN, did it ever. Never would have guessed. Nor seen it coming. So I decided to book a locker. I rushed to get there last minute. I believe I showed up ten minutes prior to close. I was late. Upon walking into the office.
There was another customer already there. He looked well beyond pissed. How did I guess this you might want to know. For five or more minutes the customer and Christine the assistant manager I was led to believe. Stood in stock silence for approximately seven full minutes. It was brutally long. Finally, she addresses me. I state I’ve arrived to claim the booked locker. Two things came up as red flags right off the bat. For perhaps different reasons in which I’ll try to remember to explain. First was the way this locker renters insurance was being pushed. Very forcefully,
Which I found odd. I understood the concept. And or reasoning. Perplexed though with the concept of thefts even possibly being an issue. Locked faculty. Full of cameras and motion sensors. Full lighting, enclosed fencing around property. Front locked gate. Christine explains to me thefts have been an ongoing issue. Which was suddenly concerning. However, I chalked it up to scare tactic. As I couldn’t believe with all those security measures in place it being easy or worthwhile to try stealing from such a place. Which then made me feel a lot better about the safety of my property. I thus chose to
Opt out of the renters insurance. Assuming I would need it. Wouldn’t have my property here that long anyways. Then second flag came to what I was being told next. The locker Christine was assigning me wouldn’t allow me to use my own lock. Which meant I now had to buy this stupid circle lock with a ulock type of key. I expressed my serious concerns about this type of lock. Seen a YouTube video average buddy in ten seconds breaks one of these locks using the back of a bic pen. Forced to pay 20 dollars for this lock. Great, - only had locker 7 days until I find half of my more valuable property now missing. No signs of forced entry. Locker was locked. Roll down door wasn’t damaged. I go to the office and speak with Christine. Explain to her my bafflement at how the hell I’m missing property. I ask to move to a different locker. And I’d pay the difference for a slightly bigger one as well. $26 dollar charge later to have the esteemed pleasure of moving all my belongings across the property to a different locker. Christine claimed she’d just give me a new start in the month free countdown from my original locker start date. I move everything over to my new locker. Come back to my new locker. Two different things now
Apparent is the new security guard who’s following you around property asking lots of questions. Full name, locker number, I think nothing of it other than the annoyance of it all. I head to my locker. Here I am moving around property when suddenly I hear a bunch of foot steps in the hallway. I chance to take a look. IMAGINE TO MY SURPRISE HAVING NUMEROUS LIVE LOCKED AND LOADED GUNS POINTED AT LITTLE OLD ME. Here’s tact team emergency response officers and Calgary police service members. Luckily I didn’t get shot. I explain myself. Show authentic email proof of receipt of locker. And a few other emails of subject. Upon satisfying the police I was allowed to be there. They even checked that my keys opened the actually locks from the lockers door. It’s later explained the new security officer is new and didn’t know. When he called it in to his supervisor. Apparently they checked.

The ladies working there are really nice. The lady saw me moving with my little car and mentioned I could get their truck for free for moving in. That was really nice, saved me u-hall money. Also got 4-weeks rent free
I have just started using them but so far they have been amazing. Cristina has been super friendly, helpful and professional. My circumstances are difficult and she listened and offered me the best solution. My first interaction with John was pretty great as well. I definitely recommend them.
I have been a client at Sentinel Storage at the Glenmore location in Calgary for about a year, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. The staff here are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The rates are very reasonable, and the location is super convenient. The units are clean; and all of my belongings remained safe from theft and weather damage in the entirety of the duration that I was there, which is more than I can say for some of the “competition” in the city.
I decided to start saving money and upon downsizing, found myself no longer needing the unit. However, my experience with Sentinel Storage has been nothing but positive. If you’re looking for a reliable and friendly storage solution, this is the place to go! The staff are absolute gems, and they were super accommodating, especially in one particular instance where I was having an issue with a credit card while I was out of the country. Honestly, thank you so very much to all the lovely folks working there!
Highly recommend!

5/5 I have had a chance to utilize Sentinel Storage twice now and I will recommend going to the Calgary Glenmore location to everyone I know. The staff have always been helpful and cheerful when I interacted with them which has gone towards making my experience with this company very enjoyable!! Highly recommended!!
It was sensational, I got easy directions to the place, and directions on where to go to open the storage unit, the staff were friendly and polite, I got unloaded withing half an hour, it was easy to lock up the storage unit and pay for the storage unit too. Very clean place, well managed by the employees, they don't just sit around they work to, I saw. Good place very friendly people, I got 4 weeks for free, not having to pay a dime.
I was in need of storage because I was moving and kind of in between places. Things were pretty stressful. The staff at sentinel helped me so much by making this an easy process and going above and beyond when it came to storage and my needs. Everyone at the glenmore location is so kind and friendly I look forward to stopping there. Great people!

Thw time between my initial online inquiry and reservation to when staff members reached out to me to answer my questions and assisted me booking the storage locker electronically took less than 24 hours. They even followed up the next day to ensure I had everything I needed, to access my unit or see if I had any questions, and remind me to bring I lock (which I and not thought about), and assisted me in purchasing the correct lock. Between the exceptional customer service of the two ladies and very affordable price, my moving experience was less stressful. Sentinel Storage and their staff is excellent. Thank you 😀
Update. The staff at Sentennial Storage continued to assist me wurh any questions or arrangements I needed to make. I highly recommend them.
